- Q:How does the automatic door work?
- The automatic door system consists of sensors, controllers, motors, rails and doors. The sensor is now mostly microwave sensors, the equivalent of a radar, when there is a movement near the object, it sends a signal to the controller. Controller is generally used PLC programming microcomputer, we can adjust the controller through the door to open the door when the speed. The controller controls the operation of the motor and the motor is connected to the door by means of a toothed belt and a door connection (connected by a hanging part). There is a pulley on the hanging part. The door is hung on the guide rail by a pulley on the hanging part Can slide. The rails are fixed on the beams and the beams are firmly connected to the walls on both sides. The gravity of the door is supported by the guide rail, and the belt pull door slides left and right on the rail

- they are held by motor that has been locked kinda,what happens is when the door gets to the end of the cycle that is programed into it,the motor stops in a locked position until the door opener is hit again then it runs through its cycle again,only in the oposite position

- first check your spring it could be broke, more than likely that is the problem,,, It is better to call a professional to fix your problem,,, the safety eyes only kick in when the door is going down , not up they keep the door from crushing people and animals who may be under the door. and also, what kind of operator is it and model??

- Yes, most models have adjustable levels of pressure to desired strength. Look on backside for a adjusting screw or nut and if your not sure you can also check the manufacturers website with model or serial number. Some have customer service 800 numbers that can guide you if your problems continue.....Good luck!!!
- Q:Okay so I has a 00 chevy silverado with manual locks an I found a pair of automatic locks from another truck that's a chevy Sierra 00 . If I take the out of that truck would I be able to put them in mine ? And also can I do that with the automatic windows to ?
- You can buy add on kits from auto part stores to fit power door locks. You might be able to fit power windows and locks from the same model depends if they have all the same mounting bits to put them in the doors. You would also need the switches and controllers for the locks and windows and possibly the wiring loom. For the locks I would recommend one of the universe kits.
