Patented Technology

1. The patented pile-clamping mechanism with function of clamping jaw automatic aligning and swing, make the position of clamping jaw adapt to different size and position of piles by itself, minimize damage to the piles. The pile-driving force is directly transfer to clamping jaw from the clamping box, in order to keep the pile clamping cylinder from being damaged by the pile-driving force.

2. The patented long-feet-moving mechanism directly driven by double carts prevents the lifting mechanism from easily being damaged by enduring double horizontal force.

 3. The patented cantilever articulatingmechanism has the rigidity and strength 30% higher than traditional plug-in cantilever, making the machine more stable to operate and more convenient to transport.

4. The patented lifting mechanism with protective sleeve(machine above 420t) or upside down(machine below 360t) prevents piston-rods of cylinders from enduring horizontal forces and consequently brings them longer operating life.

5. The patented multi-grad control of pile driving velocity doubles the piling speed..

6. The patented auto-replacement mechanism of traverse and rotary motion automatically keeps the rails of the short feet being parallel all the time and protects the machine from being damaged.

7. The patented pile-clamping mechanism with clamping cylinder axial driving and replacement of radial spring, makes 8 clamping jaw structure come true and more reliable. Every two basic tubular jaws drive one square jaw with a replacement of radial spring, aiming at clamping the square pile. The pile-driving force is directly transfer to clamping jaw from the clamping box, in order to keep the pile clamping cylinder from being damaged by the pile-driving force.
