3. How long will it take to be ready for shipment of my order?

Q: I want to remove white paint from my rocking chair and I want it a warm walnut color. What exactly do I have to do? Do I strip it, sand it. What steps do I use?: I would recommend stripping it and then cleaning off the stripper with soap water. Once the wood dries then finish sand the entire chair 180 grit should do fine. At that point depending on the natural color of the wood you could apply a neutral stain followed by a clear coat to protect the stain. If you need to paint to achieve the color then go to Lowe's or Home Depot and find a latex paint that is a suitable color.

Q: I have asked this question before I have more information now.Yesterday I filled the foot tub with water/ turned it on and I also turned on the massage for the chair. Failure to plug the chair into a GFCI receptacle would render the occupier of the chair to a potentially fatal electrical shock in the event of a wiring fault. If your chair is tripping the GFCI, then there is a fault in your chair and it should be repaired by a qualified technician or replaced. DO NOT USE on a circuit that is not GFCI protected.

Q: I have a wood side chair that I am going to re-paint and re-cover to use with my desk. It is currently painted black and needs a paint job. I know spray painting is easiest to use, should I sand it first even for spray paint?: Yes. You definitly need to sand it first. Especially since your chair is black! It will be hard to cover black up with white, whether the paint is spray or in a can. Sand your chair, and yes spray paint will be fine. With paint, or glossy stains it is hard to get paint to stay on something and not stick easily without sanding. Hope it works out for you!
