- Q: holes to route the cable through anyone have pics or a website so i can figure it out
- ye this is just a common problem on many cars/tucks not just ford. did a custom install on my jeep and had to cut small hole in front left insulation under dash. it came right out into open space under hood and made great place to run wire. if u cant see any holes/spaces to run it then ur gonna have to cut a hole ro have someone do a pro install for you. (ultimately its cheaper easier to diy - need power drill and a big enuf bit to fit wire thru. im sure u can figure it out, just go slow and be carful, mine worked quik and easy and sounds great. good luck w/ all that - hope i helped
- Q: my mac is fairly new, but is not charging. Are mac power cables this bad?..does anybody know if they need to be replaced often?
- It does happen quite often. Mine got damaged for no reason, guess is the weak link in your mac
- Q: computer MB does not contain a power supply connector for the SATA power cable leading to the SATA HD, is this the norm? the cable connector is 5 prong female, there is no 5 prong male connector on the MB or the PSU. any suggestions?
- ur mainboard is only ide compatible then, u can add a sata pci card tho so as to add sata drives !!! :)
- Q: i have 1 red light but the thing is when i just have the power cable in the 360 its fine and it stays green but when i put the av cable into the back it tends to stay green for 7 seconds then goes red e74 error can is it the av cable can anyone help me ?
- My friend,Dats a damn Problem Which Makes the xbox suck... that is the most frequent problem on the x box 360.. do all the lights go Red... If all The lights Go red...It means That there is a problem with the av cable..()1st light. ( ) 2nd light... 3rd light ( ) 4th light... if the 4th light is red..it means that there is an hardware problem if the 1st and the third light are Red...it means that its overheating... if the 1st 3rd and 4th light are on...it means that there is a general hardware failure... if all the lights are on it means there is an av cable problem In ur case i think there is an problem with the av cable..
- Q: Hi my new computer's new power supply supports voltage from 100V - 240V. But the power cable's plug that came with it does not fit my country's. My country runs on 240V and the power cable that came with it says 10A 125V on it, and I THINK it's an U.S plug.So should I be getting a new power cable with higher max voltage or just a adapter so that the plug will fit?
- Use adapter is ok. PSU of computer about 400-500W so u only need cable 5A 240v.
- Q: On my PSU I have two PCI-E 6 pin cables. I have looked at the motherboard and saw there is nowhere to plug it in and my motherboard manual says of no slots for it but I do have two PCI-Express slots. Do they plug into the cards themselves or something? How do I use the PCI-E power cables?
- PCI-E power cables are used for add-on graphics cards that connect to your motherboard. These cables are technically supposed to connect to those cards, NOT the motherboard itself. You don't have to plug in every cable that comes with you PSU anyways, just leave the unused ones aside, and they wouldn't be provided with electricity
- Q: hey people i would like to know that my big fat power cable thing is not going into the socket the main power socket thing of the back of my xbox 360 elite and was wondering is there a way to fix that
- make sure the terminals arent bent....it should slide right in.
- Q: Question says it all.
- Shouldn't be an issue. Just like an electrical outlet at home - it doesn't matter if you plug a microwave or a night-light. Both are handled without any issues.
- Q: I have an Apple powerbook g4, and my original power adaptor broke. So I bought a new one online, not an original mac one as they are too expensive for me! But this new one makes my tv, stereo and even the sound from headphones plugged into the laptop buzz or go funny. I don't really have a major problem, I can handle the buzzing, but is this a health problem? Like weird electro-magnetic cancer causing stuff?
- your future u must reach a problem that your battery will be damage or dead cos the adapter have the circuit and done currect power plan of laptop so dont use the un authorised hardwares that cause ur system damage or dead and the vendors donot have any responsibilities for ur computer
- Q: Only the ground cable is green, the two other cables are gray and I noticed that one is with stripes the other is not... The maker is Smart Choice. - there is more clue, one cable end is coded with a letter Z , other W , than G .... the G is probably the ground ( green ) . I need to know which one will connect to the black wire and which to the white one. Please help. Thank you
- The neutral or grounded conductor will be the one with the stripe or ridge on it. This will connect to the white wire or neutral connection on the dishwasher. You can follow it down and see that it will be the wider of the two power prongs. Green or bare will be for equipment grounding and will connect to the frame of the dishwasher. Usually this is a green screw.
