Many designers/retailers don't want to give the names of what they are selling, since they don't want to be price-shopped either locally or online. Also, some carpets have several names, even though the manufacturer and the carpet are exactly the same! Larger stores have carpets under private label, but they may be the same as a dozen other carpets on the market. The manufacturers to this to create exclusivity for their dealers. It makes it hard as a consumer, but this is the reality.

- I've always found that a vacuum that has a beater bar will do the trick and it doesn't really matter which brand.
