FAQ of TC5013A Tower Crane

Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client: max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.

Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is. (Fixed/undercarriage/ undercarriage with traveling system), mast section type (panel/integrated), power supply source (voltage, ampere and frequency), the distance between the machine and power supply……

Third if there are special needs, we could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients. End-user, as construction machinery buyer, knows the site situation well and should make decision, such as the machinery specification, type…….

Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: ok. soooo.i've got this essay.and i'm stuck.all because i can't figure out the poetic form of War is Kind.help??its only the first five stanzas.Do not weep, maiden, for war is kind. Because your lover threw wild hands toward the sky And the affrighted steed ran on alone, Do not weep. War is kind. Hoarse, booming drums of the regiment, Little souls who thirst for fight, These men were born to drill and die. The unexplained glory flies above them, Great is the battle-god, great, and his kingdom -- A field where a thousand corpses lie. Do not weep, babe, for war is kind. Because your father tumbled in the yellow trenches, Raged at his breast, gulped and died, Do not weep. War is kind. Swift blazing flag of the regiment, Eagle with crest of red and gold, These men were born to drill and die. Point for them the virtue of slaughter, Make plain to them the excellence of killing And a field where a thousand corpses lie.???
War Is Kind Stephen Crane (1899) Do not weep, maiden, for war is kind, Because your lover threw wild hands toward the sky And the affrighted steed ran on alone, Do not weep. War is kind. Hoarse, booming drums of the regiment, Little souls who thirst for fight, These men were born to drill and die. The unexplained glory flies above them. Great is the battle-god, great, and his kingdom-- A field where a thousand corpses lie. Do not weep, babe, for war is kind. Because your father tumbles in the yellow trenches, Raged at his breast, gulped and died, Do not weep. War is kind. Swift blazing flag of the regiment, Eagle with crest of red and gold, These men were born to drill and die. Point for them the virtue of slaughter, Make plain to them the excellence of killing And a field where a thousand corpses lie. Mother whose heart hung humble as a button On the bright splendid shroud of your son, Do not weep. War is kind!
Q: How do you win something from those crane machines in stores?????
PICK SUMTHIN THAT IS CLOSE TO THE HOLE AND TRY TO PICK IT UP WITH THE CRANE
Q: How the cranes can stand without any tipping with huge counter weights on its back? If there is no suspended load also the crane is is still stable with huge counter weights on its back. How it can possible? Why crane is not offballencing while we adding extra counter weights on it without any suspended load?
Usually the counterweights can move back and forth on an arm. They are moved toward the crane when there is no load and away from the crane when there is a load. If the counterweights can't move, then the crane must be designed to hold (at least) the minimum counterweights in their fixed location. As the crane gets loaded, the net moment decreases, and then increases in the other direction as more and more load gets added. It is still likely that the maximum design moment when loaded far exceeds the moment due to the counterweights on an unloaded crane.
Q: death... by exile! Also, which Batman movie was your favorite and why?Mine was the first because it was cool to see how Wayne started and got all the Batman stuff and the movie was less confusing, haha. Plus I thought the actor Cillian played Scarecrow really great :)
Yes, that was such a nice surprise. He was a great villain in Batman Begins. For a split second, I was like Wait a minute - the last time I saw Dr. Crane, he was freaking out on that Toxin they released into The Narrows. . ., but then, I remembered - he and everyone else affected by that poison were given the antidote after it was produced by Wayne Enterprises. His role as the judge at the sort of Reign Of Terror style court system is perfect - Crane clearly enjoyed watching people suffer mentally, liked seeing them terrified. Sadistic little twerp. Tough call on favorite.. . while I think the first two thirds of The Dark Knight are probably the very best of the series. . . my personal fave is Batman Begins, too. I can remember the first time I saw it, and as they're showing the establishment shot of those mountains in Asia, Raz Al-Ghul's lair. . . I kept thinking, this is different than any other Batman stuff I've seen - this is cool! Kinda sad it's over! :( Edit - And I just wanted to add - I've used that line Bruce's dad says with my own little son: Why do we fall? :)
Q: Captain Kirk, TJ Hooker or Denny Crane?
Danny Crane.. his style and acting really fits that charactor..
Q: A. Designated operatorsB. All construction site personnelC. InspectorsD. All of the above
Crane are extremely dangerous and complicated machinery , the operators need intensive education and training , they have to pass the required tests to be certified . Now even the signal guy on the ground who helps the crane operator needs to be certified . So your answer is A.
Q: The cantilever part has to stay at least 6-12 inches off the ground.
Popsicle Stick Crane
Q: I need it for my English class, not to cheat, but because my literature book only has an excerpt, in which I didn't even know Yukiko's name. And my teacher insists on finding it out for ourselves and I just want to know what the story is about and what the scandal repeatedly implied in the excerpt is.
It's been a while, but I believe the story is about a young girl who gets cancer, and sets about making 1,000 paper cranes for good luck, but she never made to completion. Just google to find info, or see if you can download the book.
Q: Ty Crane is the star basketball player for st.francis, what is he doing now? Where is he? Why is he not in the NBA?
Ty Crane is the next ersan ilyasova (PF Bucks)
Q: Before the Advent of the Railroad Steam Recovery Crane Car (pictures below), how were Locomotive Steam Engines recovered after a derailment from the 1830's to the 1890's?
Old Man Dirt is right. Block and tackle. Remember too those early engines weren't that heavy. The most common type from 1850 to the 1890s was the 4-4-0. They, and the other types were usually between 25 and 60 tons. I don't necessarily collect old rail photos, but I've seen many hundreds in other people's collections. And early locomotive salvage was usually block and tackle, with another engine brought in to furnish the muscle required. Since this could be a lengthy process if the wreck was extensive, a temporary track, or sometimes called a shoo-fly would be built to move trains past the derailment, or to enable getting another engine and hoisting equipment positioned.
