QTZ63(5013) tower crane tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.

The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

Q: why does the power company use helicopters to service the repair lines instead of trucks with tall cranes?
High-tension lines operate at hundreds of thousands, or millions, of volts. At this potential, electricity can jump through several feet of air to reach a path to ground. This pretty much rules out using trucks, because it would be prohibitively expensive or impossible to build a crane out of entirely non-conductive materials. A helicopter is electrically isolated from the ground, so it's less difficult to drop a technician off and let him hang from the line itself while working. (It is still necessary for the technician to use a wand to bring the helicopter to the line's potential before starting work, because of the capacitance of the helicopter's body.) They could of course use a truck to service the lines if the power was disconnected, but the cost of shutting down service to an entire region of the country exceeds the operating cost of a helicopter.
Q: A. to make everyone become a CommunistB. to become rich at the expense of othersC. to kill all the villagersD. nothing in particular
The main idea of Cranes by Hwang Sun-Won is more of a symbolic thing; he uses different objects such as chestnuts and cigarettes, as well as the cranes in the story to convey his hope and his dream, along with his message. He is expressing the power of war, particularly civil war, which can rip apart families, neighbors and the best of friends. The story, unlike many other tragic civil war tales, is not focused on the idealogical difference btw Tok-Chae and Song-Sam. Rather, it is about the human tragedy of the Korean War. Tok-Chae and Song-Sam were ripped apart by the War. Song-Sam, on his return to his village, he finds Tok-Chae and decides to escort him to a Public Peace Police office a few miles away. On the way, he gets flashbacks and talks with Tok-Chae. These things help to change his mind and he frees Tok-Chae. This is symbolized by the two cranes which soared high into the sky. Hwang-Sun Won conveys his message effectively; unification will be achieved and is needed to repair such ties like Tok-Chae and Song-Sam. He is saying that the two cranes will fly together once more.
Q: i want to go to school and learn to operate over head cranes
A few places to start the bureau of labor statistics has information on moving trades. You will need certification although requirements vary. The National Commission for the certification of Crane operators lists different types of operators and requirements for certification. States have their own laws about certification and requirements you can check it out, in some states certification is not required yet. I've included a link to the laws for Minnesota. There are a number of companies it would probably help if you are currently working in Construction and for a company that might help pay for the training or learn on the job. I don't know what state your in but there are a number of companies that do training you can do a quick search with Crane operator training. One other resource is the local Division of DET Division of Employment and Training for your state they can help you research your options and vocational counseling. Good Luck
Q: Tiger=StrengthSnake=FlexibilityCrane=Balance and the last two are?
I know there are 5 styles of kung fu Is that what you know? The 5 Animal are sets that are included in various arts. And the ones you mentioned are wrong. Crane is not used for Balance. You got this from some TV program with the crane guy dodging ninja stars while balancing on Mei Hua poles. Those people were showing how little they understand martial arts and the crane guy was representing Tibetan Crane. He must have been bursting from wanting to show the true essence of Tibetan Crane but couldn't because the show dictates what they want to showcase. Either way, don't go by your own understanding because you don't know the real essence of these styles. Go online and research for yourself, from reputable sources. I can point you to some if you're really interested in TRUTH in the martial arts and not BS. Don't say things like I know that... because you don't. Learn about it for real.
Q: Ever felt like a paper crane?
Made to fly, bended to will, broken in the process because some jerk knocked you down. At the end of the day tossed away because you're nothing more than a delicate pretty thing in their eyes, with a skin as thick as the tissue paper you're made of. Yep.
Q: How do you apply for it? What are the specific requirements?
and their own preparation program, the use of side with security records, often do this, all know!
Q: I got the crane gold 1.6 roller rocker I'm trying to install on my 95 z28 w/ an lt1 and it doesn't seem like they are installing quite right. I got the tall black nuts that hold the rocker down around the stud and the pushrods, that's it. Do I need to use those things that go below the rockers themselves (the things that slide over the stud and the rocker goes over it from the original rockers) or do I just install how I already am with just the crane rockers, black nuts and pushrods?
on the LT1 they come factory with screw in studs so the crane application should go without any problems the rocker the rocker guide from crane should slide right on to stud you don't use the old rocker guide for that
Q: I heard on the TV and found it hard to believe. I mean, they are soooo goddamned stupid and dont look like they could muster up the intelligence to bite someone anyway. Also my pet rat catches them and eats them when they blunder into the house and he seems fine! On TV it said they were one of the most poisonous creatures of their species! Should my bullsh1tometer be off the charts?
How do you equate not biting to sooo gd stupid? You should thank them for eating mosquitoes, moron.
Q: I need to know exactly how much weight they can lift also how much do they weight?how long is thier life-time?in what temprature they can work?does mosture do any harm to them?for installation , do they need foundation?the exact height and width?
You need to be more specific. The lifting capacities for container cranes varies significantly, as does any other crane. Some of the variation is based purely on load (horsepower) availability; some is based on speed (rpm) for lift/drop portions of the cycle. Cranes like these operate year-round, at ports all over the world. Some ports have average ambient temperatures in the range of 45 C, with highs up to 60 C. Others can be as low an average as 10 C, with a low peak as much as -50 C. Moisture will, over the long haul, harm them - they're metal constructs, and thus are prone to oxidation. Using corrosion-resistant materials and/or coatings will certainly prolong their usable lifespan. The crane drives (electric motors and power electronics) are also susceptible to moisture and other contaminants. All true dockside cranes require some sort of permanent foundation; it's usually part of the pier construction itself. However, there are portable cranes that operate without one. There is also more than one crane manufacturer out there - all will have their trade secrets that will make each look a little different than the rest. It will generally also reflect in their operation parameters, and in their expected life cycle.
