- Yes you need a crane to erect a crane. A large mobile crane is required to erect a tower crane but the mobile crane is much more expensive so it saves money by only being on site for a few days to erect/dismantle the tower crane.

- Q: Protected cranes are nesting in pine trees with possible disease carrying bird droppings covering drive way and street where neighborhood children play. I've called several local organizations only to be told there is nothing I can do since they are protected by law.
