Application: The submersible reflux pump of Model SRP series is a product developed on the basis of the production technique of submersible mixers, it is a special equipment used for the reclamation of the mixed liquids, denitrification, denitridation and nitrogen removal in Class ll sewage treatment plant and also used in the locations which require low lift and large discharge in the ground surface water supply or drainage projects.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feature: 1. Special design is made to the operating mode of short lift and large discharge.
2. The main equipment employs the stainless structure of the punched components, resulting in very good hydraulic performance and high efficiency.
3. The integrated installation design can realize the quick underwater installation.
4. The dual mechanical sealing arrangement and a multiple of electro-mechanical protective function will improve operating reliability.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
USAGE CONDITIONS
1. The temperature of the media shall not be higher than 40oC during the continuous operation.
2. The pH value of the media shall be 5-9.
3. The maximum depth of submersion shall be 10m.
- Q: And would a water pump off any 302/5.0 fit the 1985 F-150 302/5.0 whether it was from a Mustang ,or Crown Victoria
- they should, the best way is cross reference the part go auto zone page check the part numbers see if they match
- Q: I recently bought a 1992 Honda Accord. It has high mileage but the records kept on it were impecable up to about the last 3 years. I have read that you need to replace the timing belt/water pump every 80k miles. However; I do not know when it was changed last. The Only record in the book on the subject was back at 90k miles. That was the first time they had the timing belt changed. So How do I know its time to change it again? The car now has 199k miles. I do not want to do unnecessary work before time, however; I also know that the affects it will have on the engine is great if its not done within the right TIME! Is there anyway to know it needs to be done? What kind of signs will the car give? And how much is it going to cost me when it has to be done? Thanks!
- A water pump is mostly pretty obvious when it is going/gone it chirps it squeaks and your temperature will usually be higher than it usually was [not always]. As for a timing belt... they are relatively inexpensive, the labor isnt that bad since the car is VERY easy to work on, and it is difficult to tell when one is needed since the most it will make is a whining noise when its getting weaker, only sometimes though. This is hard to hear too. Best advice I have is to just get a couple appraisals/estimates, or have a friend who is mechanically savvy take a look to see if he/she can tell if the belt is worn to the point where it needs replacing. I had a timing belt done for $120 parts and labor on a 91 accord (same car)
- Q: Okay heres the deal Its knockin and I tthink the water pump is going would this be a cause of this and when it heats up it knocks but when its cold it doesnt knock also once it gets hot it shuts off and starts to smoke what could this be is it maybe the waterpump when I try to re start the car after it shuts it self off it only just clicks wount turn over thanks
- jason is right on this. a water pump wont do what your saying. it sounds more like something inside the engine is knocking, like a rod bearing.
- Q: does anyone know the proper way to take the lower gearcase off and install a new water pump kit. it is a 1986.
- This is a simple repair but I'd recommend that you get a service manual, ether a factory manual or one of the generic Seloc manuals. The key things to do are mark the trim tab so you can put it back in the same position after repairs. Drain the oil. Removing the bolt that is in the hole at the back end of the upper housing, as well as all the obvious Nuts. both above and under the cavitation plate. Put the drive in forward gear, which takes the tension off the shift shaft. Once all the nuts and bolt are loose. Jiggle the drive and it will separate from the upper housing. You now have access to the water pump housing. Remove the housing and pull it up and off the d. Shaft. Inspect fully and account for missing impeller blades. When you re assemble Lube the impeller and put the drive key in place and put the impeller in place. Slide the housing down to the impeller. You can use ether th drive shaft or the propeller to turn the drive shaft in a clockwise direction as you apply pressure on the housing, It should slide down over the impeller. Reassemble in reverse order. Slide the drive shaft up into the upper housing turning the D. shaft using the prop to turn the shaft. Watch the water tube slip into the guide tube. Once it's in place put a couple nuts on then check the gear shift to make sure it goes F-N-R. Bolt up and fill with oil. Good Luck!
- Q: I would like information to use an automotive water pump to ( or possibly another device ) to pump water approximately 60 feet (20 meters) elevation from creek without electricity. I only need enough water for 25 chickens. So we are not talking about a households supply of water.
- a car water pump is run off a belt like your alternator etc so you would really be able to use its not a pump that u can just stick anywhere. if it is only to feed 25 chooks then it wouldnt hurt to just fetch them a bucket of water of every morning that would do.
- Q: 1997 Chevy Cavalier, 2.2 engine. In the past 2 days I noticed that my temp gauge was reading a little higher than usual but not in the danger range. I checked and nedded to add coolant. Last night it started making a chattering or maybe klunking sound. As far as I could tell it was coming from the water pump but it stopped before I could get out of the car and look to see. Now the coolant is low again. Are these signs of the water pump being bad or could it be something else?
- Sounds to me like you answered your own question. I would have the water pump looked at by a reputable mechanic. A thermostat doesn't make a chattering noise when failing. A water pump can make noise when failing. WARNING: MAKE THESE CHECKS WITHOUT THE MOTOR RUNNING! When a water pump is failing, frequently it will leak coolant from the impeller shaft (the shaft that has the drive pulley). Look for greenish or orange liquid leaking from behind this pulley. Also, try to rock the pulley from side to side. If the pulley moves, the bearing and seal are failing and the water pump must be replaced. Have it repaired soon. Replacing a water pump is much cheaper than replacing a burned up engine. Until then, don't take it very far and watch your coolant level closely.
- Q: Why is water pumping cool water is normal, but when pumping hot water pressure and flow are very small?
- Not sure about the LZ what is the specific type of hot water pump pump but it is flow and small pressure must be produced liquid vaporization of liquid vaporization two general situation is the pump pressure alternating is under positive pressure immediately into negative pressure is two high temperature liquid into the pump and to absorb mechanical heat due to the higher temperature is the centrifugal pump if so when the liquid from the inlet to the outlet end of the impeller is thrown when in the state of negative pressure and lower boiling point even if did not reach 100 degrees will boilIf the water pressure and flow rate of small vaporization significantly not only reach the requirement of the pump itself also has a lot of damage caused by mechanical damage is suggested to view the instructions to use if this situation is to contact the dealer in the allowable range of temperatureIf no water is not only the problem of vaporization conditions can be detected under normal pressure inlet check instructions when pumps are used in the allowed suction height within the position and I don't know if the pump there may be no open suction valve or discharge valve and pump parts prior to use at the beginning of irrigation is the first inside in order to produce self suction irrigation
- Q: My Ram is leaking collant bad but it doesnt seem to be coming from the water pump it seems like it is coming from directly below the water pump. What part is this and is it even possible for this part to be leaking coolant?
- there is about 99% chance that it is your water pump.
- Q: Hi! I need to find out what kind of water pump I need to buy for an 1978 Swinger RV we just bought to refurbish. I've searched the internet, but nothing seems to tell me what kind I need.
- I believe they used a Dodge chassis for the swinger, now all you have to do is figure out which engine you have.
- Q: Hello, I have a 1996 Cavalier and it's got a small coolant leak by the water pump so I figured I'd replace it. I called around a little bit and one quote was $250. I'm sord of handy and have a few hours on Saturday is it that hard? I heard it's just a few bolts? Thanks!!
- It's easy as hell. Should take about an hour, maybe 2. Depends on how 'handy' you are. Before you replace the water pump, check your hoses. Make sure it's not them that's leaking.
