Solar Water Pump is the pumping facility driven by solar energy, which consists of a solar pumping inverter and a pump. Solar water pumps kit is called  solar pumping system combining with solar arrays designed according to different head and daily water flow for application. System is widely utilized for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city landscaping, daily water supply, etc.

In recent years, with the development of photovoltaic products from city application to huge demands of agriculture, pasture, desert areas, Solar Pond Pump has become the leading products combining photovoltaic industry with traditional industry such as agriculture water conservancy, desert control, daily water supply, city landscaping, etc.

Solar Pump driven by infinite solar energy, works from sunrise, and stops at sunset, need no connection to grid power nor diesel oil and battery. System can irrigate directly or store water instead of electricity in a reservoir. Solartech Solar fountain Pumps works with sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation and infiltrating irrigation facilities, can be more efficient for water saving and dramatically lower the cost of using fossil energy.

Q: i replaced the water pump and redid the timing belt. now when i start it, it sounds like one of the cylinder is misfiring and makes a chucking noise. do you have to reconnect everything together to see if thats the problem? the engine worked fine before i replaced my water pump. engine like vibrates at each chucking noise. could it be incorrect timing even when the engine starts fine? or is one of the valves bent which is causing the vibration and noise? i checked teh spark plugs and they are fine could if be bad coils? or is the crankshaft weared out? please help and thanks for you help about my situation.
Call or go up to your local Mitsubishi dealer, the techs should be able to show you a diagram or tell you where the marks are.
Q: So my daughter's car is an 02 Accord manual with about 127k miles. It's making a squeaky noise which apparently is the belts. The dealer says they're too tight, but are in okay condition. They want to change the water pump and adjust the belts for $750. This seems a bit steep to me. Does the water pump need to be changed if it's working properly? How much should it cost to adjust the belts? I'm thinking she should find a more reasonable shop. What are your thoughts?
Okay, there are two things going on here. First, the squealing. That would be the drive belt or belts. That's a completely separate issue from the timing belt. If the timing belt, which you can't see, has never been changed, it's probably a good idea to get it done. THAT is the expensive part because they generally change the water pump and other things while that part of the engine is torn to pieces. 750's a good price. If the timing belt breaks the engine is toast.
Q: I was looking at a water pump and the specs said 110 Foot Max. Total Head and 20 Foot Max. Suction Lift. Can someone please explain this? Thanks.
Head is the height over the pump location that a pump can push water, suction lift is the depth it can lift it from. Picture a 130' well with the pump 20' from the bottom and 110' from the top- in that case it will pump it... but without a volume factor (how much is going to flow) it's impossible to determine whether you'll get a trickle or a flow with those conditions. The store or manufacturer should be able to supply that info. Also the heights are relevant to sea level (or actual location above sea level) not necessarily the pipe length.
Q: I live in a condo building -- 3 floors, 7 units. In our storage units (right below my unit) is a water pump that was hooked up with the intent of helping the water flow to the 3rd floor. Everytime the pump goes off, it rattles, then makes a loud noise when it kicks off. The developers created a drywall box that houses the pump, which is surrounded by isolation, but it doesn't seem like it helps the noise. The pump also rattles the pipes that connect directly to the pump.My question is -- is this rattling normal for a standard water pump? If so, is there anything I can do to help cut down on the noise? If this is rattling is not normal of the standard water pump, what would it cost to replace it with something decent?
I do not know the kind of pump you are referring to. I will give my personal expertise. If it is a pump taking water from a tank, the piping might be loose, the knocking may be corrected with some air ventilation pipe. If it is pumping from a water tank: I suggest you look at a submersible pump capable of supplying water to 3rd floor. This kind of pump is less noisy. The noise at start, is the electric starter, and the noise at the end is when water returns and seals the stop valve. Also some air may be in the pipe, you need to purge the pump, as often as needed, try this first, and then the others. Good luck
Q: water pump
Flow? Head? suction pressure? Type of pump if that matters to you? You'll get better suggestions if you provide as much information as is relevant.
Q: My water pump is starting to leak. The shops are quoting $250- $300 to replace but I can buy a water pump at the auto parts store and install myself for less than $100 but I don't know what all is involved with this repair or if I should try (my only experience with car repair up to now is recently replacing the alternator). If anyone has done this please let me know what you think. thanks
if you have the right tools it not to hard make sure the old gasket is clean off the engine before installing the new pump use a light coat of gasket sealer with it
Q: I getting some work done to my like replacing the timing cover gasket, oil pan gasket and the water pump gasket...the mechanic I talked to said I need to replace this as well; my thing is the water pump is fine..should I take his advice?
What a better time to do it unless of course you are selling it this month. Mechanic is right in saving you money in the future.
Q: need step by step on how to change water pump
The water pump is ran by a belt on the back of the cylinder head There is a belt tensioner that is released by a 3 /8 ratchet . Once you get the belt off take off the pulley and next you will have to have a special tool that inserts into the water pump socket and turn it counter clockwise to release the pump .When you put it back together make sure you put a little grease on the O-ring so you don't damage it . They are fairly simple if you have the tool they should have one at any good parts store . Good luck .
Q: We have a 92 cadillac deville, my husband can replace the water pump he justs need to know if you have to jack the motor a little. Please help before our car blows up!!
I have done them on the 4.9's. I dont remember having to jack up the motor for any reason. I do remember there are like 20 bolts that hold it on and there is not a heck of a lot of room to get at them. I think the reason someone mentioned jacking up the motor is some of the GM engines like the 3.1 or 3.3? to change the belt you need to take apart one of the motor mounts. Since the mounts hold the engine in you need to support the engine when you remove them. I remember the 4.9 being more like the 3800 in that its mounts go to the front by the radiator so they wont be in the way of the belt.
Q: I have a 2000 chevy impala with 85K on it. I have heard/a weird rattle noise from under the hood for some time now. I once asked about it on here and got suggestions regarding front end problems. I had that checked out and the front end is good. I still have the rattle noise along with a high pitched, but not very loud, squeeling noise when I accelerate. I am leaking coolant and it seems to be coming from near one of the belts. Is this a bad water pump? If so how expensive of a fix is it and how involved of a repair is it?
It sounds like a water pump or maybe a loose connection. It is probably time for a water pump if it hasn't been replaced yet. Parts will run under $60 and it probably involves an hour of labor. The Impala is a big car, it shouldn't be hard to get to and remove. Taking it to a shop will run under $100-$150 for everything.
