- I went on one turkish site price and that brand of rug (couldn't find your code) at the size you specified went for over 19,000 euros. Since your looking at a very expensive rug if it is in excellent condition, I think that an appraiser would come to your house and give you a fair price. Just remember that he/she will be giving you the price that they would buy it from you. Or tell them you are looking for a price to insure it at (which will be about 15-20 percent higher than you could sell it for).

- I have never heard of the tenant changing the carpet. Usually the apartment complex will look at and assess the carpet to determine if it can be cleaned to a reasonable degree. This is done after you have moved everything out and handed in your keys. If the carpet is older than six years (at least in my complex) when the renter is moved out then it is automatically replaced, saving whatever we can for patches in other apartments such as flood damage or burn holes. I recommend having a professional carpet cleaning company with a truck mounted steam cleaner come and give you their assessment on the carpet. Ask them if they think they can get the carpet clean. If not, don't have them do it, as you will be wasting your time and money. As far as the carpet replacement goes, depending on your location ( I'm located in the Midwestern United States) You can figure on about $10.00 a square yard, depending on the installers agreement with the complex and the quality of the carpet and pad it could be a little more or a little less, but $10.00 is a pretty safe estimate.. This is then deducted from you deposit check before it is sent to you. If the carpet is in reasonable condition then you are not charged anything for the automatic steam cleaning that takes place when a tenant moves out. GOOD LUCK!!!

- Is this the same rug I just answered about? I didn't know it was brand new! I assumed it was just old and funky. Try Carpet Fresh or any sprinkley carpet freshener. If it is really giving you a headache it is most likely just new fiber smell. Kinda like new car smell but different materials. In which case it will fade soon enough. but if it is really making your head hurt, take it outside and lay it out in the sun for a day or two. The ultra violet rays should cook off that new fiber smell a bit.
- Q: Okay so yesterday i mixed dawn soap and water together and scrubbed the spots on my floor to get these crusty spots that were left on my carpet from the carpet cleaner. the crusty spots went away but in their place small spots (smaller than the crusty resdue from before.) were left over and they were now sticky! I than tried washing off those spots with anti bacterial wipes which didn't do anythign, i vaccumed my floor twice and today i used a combination of baking soda and vingar to get it ou of my floor. Now i have merely one or two small spots but im aware carpet cleaner is rather toxic and hazardous and so I wanted to ask if it's truly carpet cleaner resdue stuck to my floor or if it's simply the dawn soap that won't come out. Please help for I am rather worried.
- First rinse and blot the carpet ( don t soak just wet to rinse) with white towels or white paper towels. Do this several times. If this doesn t work, then reuse the capet cleaner and do nothing but rinse and extract the water. Do this several times while drying the carpet between times to check. Sorry to say buy using dawn or any improper ingredient in the carpet cleaner was a mistake. Plus the use of a rented or home carpet machine isn t good for carpet. - Q: I need a good turnout rug for my delightful stallion as he manages to break every rug I put on him, wether it being ripping off a belly strap (which I don't know how he does because he is in a field with post and electric fence, so there is no barbed wire or anything for him to tear it on) or he breaks the clips on the leg straps, then the rug slides. I need a proper turnout rug, with a bit of quilting for winter, not just a thin sheet. It obviously needs to be fairly sturdy and hardy but because of the number of rugs I have already bought him, then I can't afford to spend a fortune on it. if it was under ?30 that would be great, but absolutly nothing over ?40.So does anybody know any good brands or can find me links to good ones? - It doesn't matter so much what brand you get, just look for the denier count (don't get blankets with denier under 1000 as they're easily ripped). Some of Pessoas turnouts have a denier of 1800 while the average blanket is only around 800. Pessoa blankets cost a little more, but it's cheaper than buying a new rug every year! Hope this helps!
