FAQ

Q: What's the difference with cyclonic to multi-cyclonic filtration system?

Multi-cyclonic is where the dust container has a plastic filter section inside and has many little tunnels in it that separate the finer dust and dirt for the next filter and there is no HEPA filter in the middle plastic filter section.

Cyclonic filtration is where there is a central HEPA filter that sits inside the dust container and catches the finer dust.

Q: My vacuum just stopped while I was using it! What do I do now?

All of our vacuum cleaners have been fitted with a thermal safety cut-off switch which activates to stop the motor from burning out. When it does that it will prevent the unit from turning on again until it has cooled sufficiently to reset, which is between 2 – 4 hrs. The most common reason for safety cut-off switch activated is the filters needs to be cleaned. Please read the instruction manual and follow the instructions on how to clean the filters.

Q: I have a house cleaning business, we clean 2 homes a day and after buying 14 vacuum cleaners in the past 2 years I am done with spending money on vacuums that don't hold up or are 2 heavy or have so many filters to clean that you spend your evenings doing that. Does anyone have any suggestions on what vacuum we should buy? Just like you the house's we clean have an array of flooring, wood, tile, oriental rugs, carpet. Please help with your experience Thanks!!
mmmmm,I can only say what works for me. I use a dirt devil and also carry a small wet/dry vac, both are 3 years old.I have found the more expensive brands are not always the answer as mileage may vary. I have found there is an inherent cost of doing business, vacuums being a wearable tool.It does sound as if your on the way high end of costs. There is generally 2 reasons for premature failure. The first is of course bad/inappropriate product, the second being an operator issue. I understand what works for me may not work for you.I wish you luck in finding a more cost efficient system. My Best
Q: My daughter is about 10 days old. Between the friends/family stopping by to see her and the dog I am anxious to resume vacuuming the house. Does anyone have a strategy or time they would suggest to do that?
I don't quite understand your question; but a fun fact that is in most cases, the sound of vacuum cleaners or fans often soothe and calm an infant. It mimics the sound of white noise that they hear while in the womb and offers comfort. If you're looking for an appropriate time to vaccuum, do so when your baby is awake, and had everything tended for (feeding, diaper, etc) for the moment.
Q: Why are Dogs afraid of Vacuum cleaners? ?
Some dogs are some aren't. My dog doesn't mind the vacuum cleaner at all. I'm always telling him to move when I'm cleaning or I'd have to run over him.
Q: Every day I meet a black woman she asks me what kind of vacuum cleaner I have. How can I tell them that there is more to conversation than vacuuming? Please help, this is driving me nuts!
Now stop with the stereotypes
Q: Why do dogs get so freaked out by vacuum cleaners?
Maybe he sees the vacuum cleaner suck up things and is scared. It might not necessarily be the sound.
Q: I've gone through three vacuum cleaners in a two years and have spent thousands. Additionally, one vacuum cleaner was so heavy, it caused me back pain.
I have a Bissell liftoff and it works really well. We have three cats and a dog and it picks up all that hair. You can detach the canister and carry it around with just the hoses which is really helpful to clean in small spaces. I absolutely love this vacuum.
Q: What Roomba Vacuum Cleaners do you recommend?
Hi There... this site might help you...
Q: If Jesus was killed by abortion instead of crucifixion, would Christians wear vacuum cleaners or coat hangers?
Wrong again. The Christians will always carry the crucifixion . It is the heathens who will carry the vacuum cleaners and the coathanger, while they march into the eternal fires of hell. There will be many women, men, who will hang by the coathangers over the fire and their screaming and knashing of teeth will never cease. Don't make if's about Jesus. Not funny, when you mock the Bible or Jesus.
Q: iRobot Roomba Scheduler Vacuuming Robot; does it pick up dog fur from carpets?
I just bought a house 2 months ago and I saw a couple of houses with above ground pools and quite honestly, they were not a bonus, but a big money pit in my eyes. Unless your pool is in nearly PERFECT condition and the deck is big, useable and clean, then it's probably not helping you. Personally, I'd remove the pool and repair the yard where it was - even turn it into a garden spot or something. Pools in general are huge money pits and an above ground pool is never going to last like an in-ground one, so I think buyers will be turned off. Not to mention, most people who have an above ground pool don't live in a neighborhood that has the value to support the pool's cost or the size of yard to really fit it properly. It ends up looking desperate and crammed into a tiny yard. My vote is to remove it.
