- Q: Hello,Has anybody an idea when Sears will have their next sale on Dyson vacuum cleaners? Or any other place? I'm looking for a Dyson quot;animalvacuum and full price is not in budget.Cheers!
- Phone them up and ask them.....................
- Q: We have a Dirt Devil vacuum currently that we've had forever. It's fantastic but I'm wanting to replace it finally. I'd like a steamer/shampooer but obviously don't need to do that weekly. I'd prefer not to have to purchase both a vacuum and a steamer. Is there an affordable alternative which can do both?Thank you!
- alot of kirby vacuum cleaners can do both... they are expensive, but if you go to a kirby store, most decent sized towns have them, they usually have older rebuilt or used kirbys for sale that are reasonably priced
- Q: What is the internal voltage and current in the US/Canada home appliances? The question is NOT quot;what is the input voltagebut what is the actual energy that makes the work - for example the power that drives the motor of a vacuum cleaner, or the power that makes your microwave work. I think, before the actual work is done, the current from the plug outlet is converted inside the device, and that converted energy is used to make the device work. So, what are the INTERNAL power/voltage/current of the following devices and are they AC or DC?: vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, fridge, and clothes dryer? What other devices are there that that have internal voltage/current of about 12-16 volts at 60-110 amperes, preferably at DC? Thank you.
- Refrigerators and vacuum cleaners runoff 110 VAC internally though the refrigerator may also use a lower DC or AC voltage for control. A dryer uses 220 VAC internally. The microwave probably depends on the brand. I'm not sure what voltage the magnetron that makes the microwaves might use. The microwave, television, stereos and things like that probably use several voltages internally. It could be from 9 VDC to 48 VDC with different voltages at different points.
- Q: The line graph shows the typical daily electricity demand in England during the winter and summer season, while the pie chart illustrates the different proportions of electricity used for the most frequent activities in an average English home.Comparing the two trends of electricity demand in the first graph, it is evident that during winter the electricity consumption doubles. Over the day, during either summer or winter, the lowest levels are recorded in the morning, between 8:00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. Conversely, the peak hours are different between the two periods.
- try and write it like this: The line graph shows the typical daily electricity demand in England during the winter and summer season, while the pie chart illustrates the different proportions of electricity used for the most frequent activities in an average English home. Comparing the two trends of electricity demand in the first graph, it is evident that during winter the electricity consumption doubles. Over the day, during either summer or winter, the lowest levels are recorded in the morning, between 8:00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. Conversely, the peak hours are different between the two periods. During the summer, electricity consumption peaks around 10:00 P.M; during winter the highest levels of demand are reached both in the afternoon at 4 p.m. and in the evening at 10:00 p.m. The pie chart shows that heating is by far the most electricity-consuming activity in an average English house (52.5 %). Clearly, this figure explains the reason why the electricity demand is higher during the small spans of time previously mentioned in the graph. The rest of the activities and devices used in the house, such as ovens, lighting and vacuum cleaners, use almost the same proportion of electricity, less than 16 %.
- Q: I have a test tomorrow and a question just like this is going to be on the test. Can someone please solve/explain it to me?A salesperson sells two models of vacuum cleaners. One sells for $200 each, and the other sells for $300 each. The salesperson has a weekly goal of at least $1800.a) write an inequality relating the revenue from the vacuum cleaners to the sales goal.b) graph the inequality.c) if the salesperson sold exactly two $300 models last week, how many $200 models did she have to sell to make her sales goal?
- For increasing cubic binomials the final formula is as follows: (a + b) ^ 3 = a^3 + 3*a^2*b^a million + 3*a^a million*b^2 + b^3 on your case, a is x and b is -y^5 So (x - y^5)^3 = x^3 + 3*x^2*(-y^5)^a million + 3*x^a million*(-y^5)^2 + (-y^5)^3 Simplified: =x^3 - 3x^2*y^5 + 3x*y^10 - y^15 :D
- Q: why are some dogs afraid of vacuum cleaners?
- Whenever your questioning something that has to do with an animal, look at it from their point of view. Lets look at it from a small dog's poing of view. Your laying on the carpet, and suddenly, this huuuggggeee towering thing starts rooaarrinng and its just so loud, and you see the dust flying everywhere, and as it moves, it sucks things up, it like eats things alive, and the big bright lights, and its comming at you, and its gunna suck you up, and its oohh soo loundd and its moving toward you....AHH!!!
- Q: And why is it that once you've run out of bags, you can never find the ones for your vacuum at the store?(Anyone who uses the word suck in their answer will not get 10 points.)
- It is part of the disposable plan in our shaky economy. Nothing is made to last. I have given up on regular vacuum cleaners because the belts constantly break and, of course, your problem...noone carried the bags. Also, if you have a vacuum with a filter, they dont carry the filter either. I have gone 100% to a shop vac. These devils almost never cave in and it appears that you can always get the parts. They vacuum better too.
- Q: How many people worldwide have vacuum cleaners?
- Oh My! I don't believe anyone would even want to conduct such a survey; but so far with the previous answer there are 4!!!!
- Q: Which make of vacuum is better for it's money?
- Kirby Hoovers
- Q: I am looking to replace a vacuum cleaner. I have had several Hoover Windtunnels and just purchased and returned a Bissell Pet Vac. I have five dogs and three cats and have been going thru vacuum cleaners about every two years. I am considering spending a bit more money hoping to have a vacuum last longer and was looking into the Dyson. I hate to blindly spend that kind of money on something when all of the reviews are from people who haven't had theirs very long. I am looking for people who have had their Dyson 4 or more years and I am interested in the good, the bad and the ugly. I am looking into the DC07 animal and the DC17 absolute animal. Please only serious responses from owners who meet the above mention criteria. Thanks!!
- The best vacumn cleaner I have ever used..Is a Rainbow.. Thru the yrs we have had many vacumns..It takes a moment or two to fill empty the water resevoir..but you won't believe the dirt animal hair it will pick up..The biggest advantage, is that no dirt goes back into the air, as with most vacumn cleaners.
