1. How long is the lifetime of machine? How long the battery can be used? How long we can use after one charge?
Answer: Please be assured that the life of V-BOT could be 5 years, as materials are very durable, generally will not bad, unless one day you are in a bad mood, kick it, it is estimated that will leave scars.
Battery can be used from 800 to 1000 times, an average of once a day can also be used for more than 2 years. Here we have all the accessories for machine, there is need to call us, ready supply! Machine filled with battery, you can use about one hour or so, if you use mopping mode alone, using time will be longer.
2. What are methods for battery maintenance?
Answer: When you are not using machine for a long time, let battery fully charged then take it off from machine, and place in a cool place. Recommend regular (approximately 15 days) added a power, let battery is in fully charged state. For next time better use .
When you long-term use of machine, we recommend 2-3 months with Direct charge three times, then use dock charge it. This is way of maintenance for battery, remember it!!

- YOu probably need to empty it out or change the bag. Clean the filters. The only time Ive ever had tht problem was when the vacuum needed to be cleaned out. Also make sure all the hoses are connected, sometimes they come loose and it will still suck up dirt but it will dump it back into the carpet.

- The less expensive vacuum cleaners don't last. Unfortunately that's all I can afford. I'm constantly cleaning the vacuum rollers underneath. Hair, strings, etc.. get caught there. I use scissors a lot of pulling to clean it. I empty the bag often rinse the filter. I'm always buying new belts. I had a Sharp vacuum in the past that was a little more money, but worked real well. My in-laws have a Dyson (not sure on spelling.) They LOVE their vacuum! My mother in law said she finally has a vacuum that picks up everything, even cat hair! She has several cats, she goes on on about how great the vacuum is. It's not as expensive as a Rainbow. My suggestion would be save up for a Sharp or a Dyson. Personally I'm hoping to get a Dyson! - I recommend that you check the March 2006 issue of Consumer Reports. On page 30 is a full report with ratings on vacuum cleaners. They tested both uprights and canisters, and the Bosch Premium Prestige($800) came out number 2 in the canisters. The Sears Kenmore Progressive($500) came out number one, and had more features for less money. If you want to save even more money, check out the Sears Progressive with Direct Drive. It came it number one in the upright vacuums, and will save you even more money at $300. Good luck!
