- Q:I am trying to modify my my xbox 360(put it into a pc tower that I have) but the DVD power and sata cables won't even come close to reaching. As well as the cables needed to move the rest of my peripherals. Please point me in the right direction or to a website that has these cables for sale. I need 10 inchers if possible. - Hi the professional opinions will also differ. that is for sure its a lot to do with taste generally and various arguments around the type of batteries used. some same as some need to be charged up then leave the power just in case of a power cut then you could have time to switch it off without loss of data. that does seem the most logical answer. however some believe charging and discharging the batteries makes them last longer. so you see there are lots of answers to your question.

- lol its not the red ring of death as the first answer said and even if it was that CAN be fixed.its obviously something wrong with the adapter (the box with the wire on it lol) and not the xbox itself so if your xbox is still under warranty then you can just send it back to get fixed.if not then you may need to invest in a new adapter/power cable

- Q:For example i have the Pelican xbox 360 av and power cables not the microsoft kind. So as i heard does it make a difference like does the intercooler still eventually melt in to your xbox 360 or will it stay normal? I ask this question because my niece also has an xbox 360 and while my 360 was getting repaired i came over to play her 360, when i plug in the intercooler it worked fine but i had a little trouble pulling the power brick cord out of the intercooler and hers is microsoft av and power cables, but when i pull my Pelican power brick cable out of my intercooler it came out easily, no trouble at all. So thats why i wanted to ask the question.
- its not going to melt your xbox 360. its why they made it to cool down the system. if someone told u it will is stupid.
