What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1) PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.

- We just painted our big walls chocolate brown, and with our brown couch there is no color, so I definitely would not go with a brown. However, we are getting a sage green couch set and we knew this so that is why we went with the brown. I would go with either a green (like sage) or a red, and then you can do some of the other walls a lighter brown. If you do end up going all brown though, you could get throw pillows, art work, plants, candles, etc. to add color too.
- Q: I can not find a OFA BED anywhere for a cheap price....im on a budget so it cant be more than $380......if i DO find a sofa bed, the SHIPPING will raise the price thru the roof.....i WOULD go to a local furniture store but none carry specifically sofa beds. - Q: i have a sofa in the living room which is not against any wall rather it is in the middle. every time we sit on it it keeps moving back. i was wondering if they sell any cloth that i can put the sofa on it so that is will stop from sliding. or is there anything that i can do to stop it from sliding?
- Go to a hardware store or Menards, maybe a furniture store. I would try some round rubber little disks that the legs sit on/in. They should adhere to the carpet better, but you probably always will have a problem. Especiall if you PLOP on the couch rather than sitting down in a dignified, mannerly fashion. Like lowering yourself slowly and gently each time you sit.

- Q: My 2.5 yr old just had a huge accident on my microfiber sofa. I have a towel soaking it up but I don't know what to use on it now. It's a dark brown color, so stains usually don't show that much, but it was a LOT of pee. I can not take the cushions off. I just tried blotting it up with towels and then ran my Kerby vaccum over it. It's still very wet and I don't know if it worked. Any suggestions?
- If your sofa is a true micro fiber than the liquid should just wipe off the surface. It seems that blotting should not be necessary. water/vinegar solution should work for the odor and steam can sanitize it. here is a link that describes how to care for a microfiber sofa. Good Luck
- Q: The quality is good. What are your thoughts on the style? Do think that it looks comfortable? It's reasonably priced $1000.
- Actually, it looks very uncomfortable. There's no lumbar support. The back is also kind of low (no headrest or support). You would have to sit up straight every time you sat on it and it would eventually kill your back. Those armrests look very hard, too. The whole thing just has a cold, uncomfortable look to me. Never buy leather furniture (or any other kind, really) without sitting in it for a while. Most people who buy leather furniture do so because leather furniture does have a cool, sleek look. But, you'll find that you never want to sit in it, because it's terribly uncomfortable. I got a sofa and theater seats in leather. But, the seating surfaces are very soft top-grain leather that has been stuffed to form kind of a pillow-top surface (like a pillow-top mattress). They also have good lumbar support and a pillow-like headrest that can be adjusted for people of different heights. It also reclines (the theater seats power recline). In colder temperatures, I put a crocheted afghan over one of the seats for a warm surface (the leather is a bit cool). I fall asleep in front of the TV at least a couple times a week and wake up in the morning wondering where I am. They're that comfortable. The sofa cost $1000 and we custom ordered it at a place in San Diego called the Sofa Recliner Factory (actually it was made by Pallister in Canada). The power-recline stadium seats (2 adjoining with a console in the middle) were $2000. Leather is also great if you have dogs that shed. The hair just slides right off onto the ground (lots of dust bunnies under the sofa and chairs). It's the best furniture I've ever owned.

- For a dog, almost fully toilet trained means simply not toilet trained. Until peeing outside becomes an imprinted behavior, the dog will still pee in the house simply because it doesn't really know why he shouldn't. Dogs don't care where they pee and poop, as long as it is not where they sleep and it is a soft, porous surface, they will go anywhere. He probably jumped on the sofa one day when he had his bladder almost full and he had an epiphany... Soft, porous, comfortable, and available right now, when he really needed to go, so why not? After the first time, the sofa becomes scent marked as an acceptable peeing spot and he will go back over and over to pee there. You will have to clean this sofa with special enzymatic cleaners to get rid of all molecules of his urine, which he can still smell even if you can't. After that, you need to go back to basics and work on your housetraining. Do not let the dog jump on the sofa at all until he is fully toilet trained. Restrict his access to areas of the house where he can find the mix of soft, porous, comfortable surfaces where he would be more likely to pee on, especially if it's been a while since his last bathroom break. You can also use crate training if you have no problems with it, which usually speeds up the housebreaking process a lot. ADD: For the first answerer: So NOT a dominance thing. It kills me how simplistic those people are. No matter what the dog's problem is, it's a dominance thing and you can fix it by showing who's boss. Really? So if the owner here shows the dog who is boss he will magically stop peeing on the sofa? I'd pay to see that!
