What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1)PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.
-- Rattan Size: Our common round rattan diameter: 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, etc. Our common flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm, etc.
2) Structure/Framework: Top Graded and powder-coated
--Strong metal structure is adopted if not asked. Aluminum structure can also be made at a higher cost. Aluminum structure is lighter in weight.
3) Cushions and pillows: water-proof and with zipper, replaceable and washable

What’s the application?
Our rattan furniture can be used for both indoors and outdoors. It’s widely used in hotels, coffee shops, balconies, patios, sunrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, gardens, villas, near swimming pools, for leisure occasions, etc.
- Q: I am currently on a 90 day tourist visa in Japan because my US Navy E-5 Fiancé and I are getting married in Yokosuka City Hall. He is stationed here and he has his own housing provided by the navy outside base. However, his sea duty would expire on August 2013. He already got his orders and that for Shore duty he would be assigned again in Yokosuka for another 3 years. I don't know if I am eligible for Command Sponsorship because one of the requirements is he should have at least 12 months of current tour but he doesn't want to extend his sea duty. Could I still get a SOFA Stamp? I am not an American Citizen, btwThanks for the help.
- It will depend on the country you are from to whether or not it will be granted. The Japanese government will grant a SOFA stamp to some non command sponsored dependents to stay there but not all. He needs to discuss it with his command and you will the immigration on what they will allow.
- Q: its from scs (uk) i need a pic of a sofa that my mum had, and she bought it from scs. iv typed in the exact name on google but it isnt found. is there any other way?
- Contact SCS directly, explain the sofa picture you need and ask where you can see the picture online. It may be they dropped the page with the picture (especially if it has been 2 years). If they have ask if they can send you a copy via text or email? If someone other than SCS manufactured the sofa, find out the name and look them up online, they may still be carrying the picture but selling the sofa to someone other than SCS now.
- Q: A seam is coming out of mine. The the upholsterer says there isn't enough fabric in it to repair, but if the manufacturer will send fabric, she can make a new one. I've had the sofa three years, the warantee is only for 2. Thanks, Kathleen B

- Q: I just purchased a grey sofa. In our living area, it looks green! We have greyish tan walls which we will probably change. The first thing I wanted to look at in our room though is the lighting. In the afternoon when light is coming in, the sofa looks charcoal grey like it is supposed to. This is our den/basement and we have fluorescent lighting. I was wondering what color of lighting should we go with to tone down the green in the grey? I looked online and they have full spectrum, cool white and warm white. Our current bulbs don't say whether they are cool,warm or full spectrum. Thanks!
- Most lighting stores and even Big Box building stores like Home Depot and Lowes have a display with various color temperatures of light bulbs, particularly fluorescents. Can you take a sample of the sofa fabric with you, like the cover to one of the cushions? Bring it and place it under the lighting samples and see which will give you the color you like. I was a lighting consultant and I tend to think a cool white or bright white will be your best bet -- it's in the blue spectrum rather than warmer yellow tones that you'll find in warm white. Even if bulbs don't have a color name on them they should have a 4 digit color temperature number like 4100, 3000 or 3500. You want something 4000 or higher which will be closer to what's called northern sky light. You can get bulbs up to 5000 or 7500 temperature but they will be a bit dimmer than the 4100 bulbs though the color will be truer.
- Q: Just bought a second hand couch and loveseat...im pretty pissed now because I get it home and because I do not have a dog, now I can smell it. I tried everything...EVERYTHING...I heard vinegar works. Its a microfiber set, will it even soak in? Has this method worked for stubborn smells such as this for anyone? I dont have the money for a cleaner or steamer to come, or another couch..im upset about all this...please help. I tried natural enzymes, odo ban, pet urine eliminator, bottles and bottles of stuff. Vinagar is my last hope. Please tell me if this has worked for you, or im just at a complete loss :(
- NOTHING is going to work, unless you completely recover the sofa, getting RID of the cover and the stuffing that is probably holding the urine odor. You made a really bad mistake. OWN IT. Buying second-hand upholstered furniture, is never a good idea. You've got: skin cells, dander, dust mites, semen, urine etc. etc. Utter FILTH.
- Q: OH NOOO! HELP! I have just spent a small fortune on a leather sofa (traditional one) buying online without having sat on or viewed. I know.... so STUPID. Closing down sale - money back is not an option.The sofa came - it's pretty uncomfortable although that I can deal with. It's like a chesterfield but the BIG problem is that what I thought would be a gentle tan shade is like a burnt ORANGE!!! Help!!! Is there any way this leather can be bleached lighter (the sofa cost quite a lot so I wouldn't want to take a really big chance right enough)?I could probably learn to cope with it if it were a few shades lighter and it just wasn't the ONLY thing I see when I walk into the lounge. - Yikes!!! I'm not going to be much of a help becuase I'm not sure of that one... But if worse comes to worse you could always put the sofa up for sale on OKorder or something like that..... getting your money (or maybe even more) back to buy a sofa you really like.

- ok. the best color that it will look againt will be a multicoloe beinge/white/tan/vanilla combonation/. it will give u an overall light flooring with all of the best shades. now if i were u i will go for a laminate floor. which after all will be about the same cost as the carpet. n will get it in a blunt color very liht tone to make the furniture pop. these floors r esier to clean, dont hold dust n such n will last a long time. ur furniture sounds very nice. it deerves a great floor. hope i helpeed n good luck!

- It says the Thickness: 7 1/8 That is typically too thick and will not fold back down into the sofa. Traditionally sofa beds are known for not being very comfy. To thin, so you cannot build it with enough padding or coils. You may want to use the existing mattress and just add a topper too it for comfort.
