What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1)PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.
-- Rattan Size: Our common round rattan diameter: 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, etc. Our common flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm, etc.
2) Structure/Framework: Top Graded and powder-coated
--Strong metal structure is adopted if not asked. Aluminum structure can also be made at a higher cost. Aluminum structure is lighter in weight.

- Q:Less than a yr ago i got a sofa sectional w- 2 recliners a sleeper. Less than a month after i bought it i had some friends spend the night the sleeper closed on them. Nobody got hurt thankfully. I then called Ashley Furniture the next morning complained. I did have a warranty insurance on the couch. I had to spend months complaining 3 mos later they send someone to look at it. It takes him another month to send a replacement sofa. I got the new sofa in so i felt it was safe i had my parents sleeping on the bed and it closed injured my 64 year old dad. (He has back problems anyhow). I felt it could have been the hard wood floors making it close up. So i got carpet installed under the sofa area. Well sure enough my best-friend was here sleeping over. It closed again injured my friends knee. I called told them all this asked if there was a recall on this sofa they said no. The model # is 8890397. I can't find the sofa on the website anymore. Where can i go to find out.

Don't worry about it being contemporary or traditional. Look at a bunch, decide what you like best, what looks right for your space and what feels most comfortable.
- Q:How can I safely clean my cotton sofa?
- I don't know that you can satisfactorily. It is best to have a professional come in and clean it for you; the risk of getting the batting over-wet is too great and you won't know you did that for at least a month when the mould grows under and through it. Some places use a water-based cleaner and a vacuum type cleaner to clean sofas, but they know just how much to add to it to avoid over wetting it. You can freshen it up with things like Febreze, but actual cleaning should be left to professionals.
- Q:I will be moving out to okinawa with my husband. He has already been there for almost 3 years and just recently extended another year there. Will I automatically get Sofa Status when we get married or how does that work? We will also be living off of base. Am I going to have to get a visa also to work on base, even though we are married?
- If you marry an active duty personnel, you are eligible to work on post providing that you get SOFA status. - That's gotta be SOME sofa! Why not just sell it and buy new? Call the assorted moving companies and get quotes. That's your best bet. If you wanted to do a little of the work yourself, you could call PODS or CITY TO CITY, but even those crates would be a bit big for what you want.

- Use a carpet cleaner like Spot Shot. If that doesn't work try drycleaning fluid. Polyester does not absorb stains that deep so it usually cleans up with a little work.
