Q:I just bought a used 120GB HD for my xbox 360 and I can't figure out how to transfer the data from my 20GB HD. I have heard that I can put the data on my computer then from the computer to the 120GB HD, but I have a mac and can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how to do it? If I can't do it with my mac, does anyone know the best way to do it?
No, you cannot put the data onto your computer. You have two choices: transfer cable or memory card. Since you don't have the cable, you will need to use a memory card.
Q:I already know how to create ringtones and I know where to download them so please don't reply on site that create ringtones, so my question is thisWith the use of a usb / data cable how do I transfer the ringtone files from my computer to my motorola i570 phone? I've tried WEBjal and MYjal but they only work for wallpaper, not ringtones what other programs are there to upload the ringtones? I've been on the phone with boost 10 times asking why they won't allow my phone to download ringtones when obviously it's possible. These cell providers are so sickening.
You don't need one. If you have a memory card once you plug it in, it will automatically detect it like it would a thumb drive or a hard drive. (it'll be in My Computer) If you don't have a memory card, I'm not too sure i you can. The same method might work, but I am not positive.
Q:I have a LG AX 5000 cell phone just bought a data cable 8032 P and cant seem to figure out how to make the ring tones can anyone please help me ?
This software feature is disabled by LG at the request of your wireless provider, as it canabalizes their own sales for ringtone purchases. Unfortunately, you won't be able to successfully send midi files from your PC or another phone to be used as ringtones. The only thing that you may be able to is the following: You can go into My Sounds on your phone, select Record New, and record part of a song playing in the background on your PC for example. Then send this sound to your own number attached to a text message from your phone. Once received, click the options key (usually the right softkey) and choose, save as ringtone. It will sound a little shatty though.
Q:I have Sony Ericsson k 750i, i want to down load videos and ring tones in it, with data cable.
you could try those cool places on the web for songs and videos which you can upload to your phone through your computer using usb cord.
Q:for my cell phone? I see the cables sold alone and with the disc. What is on the disc and why do I need it?
What kind of cable is it? Is it a mini usb cable? Is the cable used for data transfer? If for data transfer than the disk might be a data transfer program or something. Look online for your phone type and the cable tye and it shold tell you if you need an installation disk.
Q:Mobile phone data line can only be charged can not download how to do?
1. In the phone settings function, open the download function;
Q:I have an iPhone 5 and the best way to connect it to my car stereo is USB in. The USB gives the best sound but I don t want to ruin my battery by charging and unplugging all the time. So basically I m looking for a data cable the transfers data, but will NOT change my phone.
Bluetooth connection does that. Any cable will do the charge.
Q:i have a usb data cable and software, trying to figure out how to transfer songs from lime wire to the phone
receive them for your computing gadget, use your telephone's Media Centre - you should have were given the installation disc upon purchase of the phone and this is really a drag and drop out of your track folder for your telephone's track folder.
Q:If not, Can you just cut one open and re-attach Wires? I've Never had one apart and not sure if its more like a ribbon cable or not. Thanks, Brodie
No there is no such thing. It works for electricity because it can just go down 2 wires but it wont work for data. If you split the cable, only half the data would get from the motherboard to whatever device. Most motherboards have at least 4 sata ports though.
Q:I bought the cable with an installation disk, Windows found the hardware and found the driver on the install disk, and it was the correct one for my XP operating system. It completed with a successful install message, but I don't see at this point how I can use it. It doesn't show up as a new drive, storage device, or anything else in my computer. Theres no new program on the desktop for it, and theres no executable on the install disk. Any ideas?
i do not know what phone model or phone carrier you have , but once connected , it will usually show up in my computer as a removable storage drive if your phone has a data storage disk in it. Another use for the cable, will allow your phone to be used as a modem, for accessing the internet. If you have Sprint as a carrier, DO NOT USE IT AS A MODEM WITHOUT FIRST GETTING IT ADDED TO YOUR PLAN. It cost about 40 dollars a month to have it on your phone plan, but if you access the internet without having it on your plan Sprint will FINANCIALLY RAPE you
