- Q: hi im 14 and love stuff for my room, i just got it re-painted and i got new things for it, today i purchased a rug from Home sense, its 5 by 7 and really nice, it was $159 canadian dollars but was originally(get this) $300!it was made in china and says its hand made the brand/company is:Momeni its soft and pretty but all the rugs there were made in India and stuff...what do ui do..its non-refundable.
- It's too cheap a rug to be hand made by children. Those types of rugs cost in the thousands. And don't trust that anything in China is hand made in the sense that you are asking. Just because a different culture has different labor laws does not mean you shouldn't buy the product. If you had to gauge each of your purchases on that basis you wouldn't be buying anything these days. Everything we buy is made overseas and in each instance no one is paid what you would consider fair wages and no one cares in those countries who makes it. When poverty runs so high, everyone has to work and they are glad of it. So lose the high moral ground attitude and enjoy the rug.

- Rent a Rug Doctor from your local Walmart or grocery store. You don't have to buy the cleaning solution, laundry soap and a *little* bit of bleach will get your carpet clean again.

- Either a carpet cleaning business who specializes in cleaning rugs or a company that only cleans rugs. Just make sure they are certified to clean specialty rugs or they could damage them.

- First thing you need to know is that urine is classified as carpet damage. 90 % of the urine sits in the under pad and that is the hardest to remove. This is the reason you smell it when you wet it. In most cases if you can smell it it’s pass the point of treating from the surface. To clean it properly it is a fairly big job Things you will need: carpet-cleaning machine. Chemical for removing urine I recommend (Nature's Miracle is a liquid containing enzymes that feed on the organisms that give urine its odours.), which you can buy at a pet store. (Some people have use vinegar (one part vinegar to five parts water) New under pad for the carpet 1/ lift the carpet where you think the urine is. You can tell from the bottom side of the carpet by the watermarks. You will need to extract the backside of the carpet with the urine remove treatment product. 2/ cut out the entire infected under pad and wash the floor with the urine treatment. 3/replace the under pad with the new stuff 4/ as you are laying the carpet back down treat the top of the carpet with the urine treatment. 5/ When the carpet is all back you will need to clean the all of the carpet with the urine treatment product. Just reminder that the urine treatment product needs to go where the urine went for it to work properly. Carpet cleaner for 14 years

- If it does stain I suggest a steam cleaner to get it out... It worked for me

- steam clean the rug and then apply a product called Urine Gone. it works really well. After about an hour or so, stem clean the rug again.
