If so, it could be worth about $500+ depending on the condition - try eBay or goggle to see if you can find any antique dealers, or call your local antique shops, If it's an Armstrong chair, it's worth something - if the paper is a signature, it's probably made by the craftsman whose name was Armstrong - Is it a scrolly stamp?

Lift edge of fabric over chair edge and see how much it takes to be able to staple to the bottom. Cut fabric around chair bottom that much. staple middle of front....pull fabric tight and staple middle of back. Do the same thing on the sides and continue stapleing and pulling fabric. See the link, this is an pretty much an ideal chair and oh so practical looking... think no panties, plaid skirt, black lace bra and knee high stockings with pig tails and a smile! Hard wood is my preference regardless of the tying materials... after all pretty much all things involved should be hard or wet so back to the no fabric issue! Rather rope, shackles or satin ties are used a hard chair is the way to go here, slight padding okay as long as it is vinyl or leather. The slats should allow for a variety of rope positions! Now the only thing that is not ideal about this chair in particular is that the arms are not removable (versatility for other play settings) but since the question deals with being tied the arms on the chair are important. Remember when tying a girl up you should always leave the ability to use her hands - in a fixed position, but still usable, they are no good to you behind her back! Ohh and the rollers have no issue with carpet and yes I KNOW that ; )
