Q:hi im 14 and love stuff for my room, i just got it re-painted and i got new things for it, today i purchased a rug from Home sense, its 5 by 7 and really nice, it was $159 canadian dollars but was originally(get this) $300!it was made in china and says its hand made the brand/company is:Momeni its soft and pretty but all the rugs there were made in India and stuff...what do ui do..its non-refundable.: If it's non-refundable, you can't do much except tell the manager of the store that you don't appreciate that this rug was made by children in a sweatshop. Well, first you would actually need proof that it was made by kids, but that takes a lot of research sometimes. Look up the company and see what you find out. And if it is made in a sweatshop, then make a complaint to the manager of the store where you bought it from.

Q:I am looking at the prices of rugs and I just want to know what they are used for and when you would use them etc. I am from the UK by the way.:) thanks in advance! x: Under-rugs are for if you need a heavier rug all of a sudden you can put this on under a normal rug using a piece of equipment called surcingle which is like a girth that goes all the way around your horse to keep the rug(s) in place because the under rugs don't have the stomach straps that normal rugs do. I was going to buy one for my thoroughbred because this is our first winter together and we are worried about her keeping wait on but don't want to buy loads of rugs. Hope this helps.

Start 'hooking' in any 'corner' and just go across to the next corner, then back ... and you can 'draw your own design' or just use 'different colors' randomly ... and the 'hook' should have 'instructions' on how to use it. It's best if you buy the 'already cut' yarn and fold it in half when you 'hook' but if you do that with your 'first' rug (which can be really small until you learn how to 'hook well') then you can decide whether you want to 'cut your own yarn' when you do your next rug. They too promote molds that can also cause respiratory problems to those who may want to pay you a visit. Vacuuming it doesn't really get them all out... It's like you don't see them but at the back of your mind you know it's just an illusion:) Hardwood flooring, laminates, or any hardsurface flooring are very easy to clean and gives your place a whole new look:) Tehre's a whole lot out there that you can choose from to get the design style that you want. Rugs to accent your home are not much of a hassle to clean really, it'd be just a small space compared to carpets....and you can remove them anytime you wan...wash them even:) Since you have no pets and now have grown kids, time to treat yourself with hardwood floors:) It will add to the value of your home too:) Am sure you'll love them just like every customer I've encountered these past years who opted to get rid of their carpets:)

Some newer carpets can be stretched in w/ a crab stretcher.. That is ok on some carpets.. DON T let any one install by just a knee kicker you ll have wrinkles in the carpet within a year or 2.. And it can still happen on occasion w/ a stretcher but it s rare.. GL
