How do I determine the appropriate placement for my body?: The purpose of a lumbar support on an office chair is to maintain the natural curvature of your back known as Lordosis. When properly set it should be adjusted to support the lower part of your back in the area roughly between your waistline and the rear of the bottom of your ribs. When it's correctly positioned it prevents the lower part of your back from straightening or curving outwards, try to sit back in your seat to make sure it makes good contact with this part of your back.

Q: I fell in love with a dining set I saw on Macy's website but it's a bit out of my reach. It has four different colored parson chairs: beige, deep orange, burnt and moss with a round glass table. I have been searching online to find these colors but I can't. It would be great if I could find these colors in parson chairs and then I could go look for a glass table anywhere else. Any advice would be appreciated.: Parson's chairs are easy to have recovered so buying a basic cream parson in your budget would be an easy way to get the chairs you want and then change the fabric. Many online catalogs such as Horchow, Frontgate, Grandinroad or Home Decorators also offer parson chair slip covers as well. They also offer parson's chairs with choices of fabrics that might fit into your budget. Pottery Barn does this too. You may not find the exact colors you fell in love with at Macy's unless you recover yourself. But you can take a look and see what might work best for you. Macy's also offers a payment plan so if you really love the chairs, it's an option.

Q: I am planning a small intimate wedding for 30 or less in. Ft. Lauderdale. Do I HAVE to rent chairs? Does anyone have a fun idea for not using chairs?: You don't have to. I have been to a couple of weddings where the guests all stood during the ceremony. It's just more comfortable for the guests if you can find something for them to sit on. Personally, I'd be really happy if you laid out blankets for everybody to sit on, but I'm somebody who really likes sitting on the ground/ floor. I can't say how anybody else would feel about that.

Q: i was just curious about the cost.. i do plan on looking in my local phone book for a chair rental company.. but i was just curious about the average cost ?in other places.. that way i can see if i'm getting gipped or something: I just got married in June and my chairs were 2.50 each plus 50 cents per chair to set them up. I felt like I was getting ripped off but that was the going rate in my town. Q: I'm trying to earn some brownie points with my wife after making her angry, so I decided to fix her antique rocking chair that belonged to her grandmother. Initially, just the arm was broken (really loose and would get knocked off really easily.) I sat down on the chair to get a closer look and the entire thing collapsed. Q: I bought this chair but it's hard for me to push the wheels in. Any tips??: You could leave the wheels on but get a needle nose pliers and reach in by the wheel axle to grab bunches of the stuck hair. You should be able to yank it out section by section.
