So yeah check the wiring. In between time buy a few extension boxes, you know the type with more then 1 electronic socket. But most important a switch. - follow your power supply unit (PSU) main loom and try to find one that is the same on the video card if there is not one you should have at least one of those 4 pin ones it is usally white or black about 5mm thick and 25mm wide you can get adaptor plugs I had to get some for my new video card just goto to a decent computer store and they will have them I paid about $4 for each and they had 2X6pin from the one adaptor plug

- As the resistivity of copper and aluminum are different,to have the the same resistance,the sections are different. The losses per cable are Ri^2 = 0.15*500*50^2 ( just for the sake of completness,the power transmission lines have three cables) If you take lenght 1km you have to use0.15 ohm,which is the same as using 500km and R =75 ohm Be careful to use the same units of lenght in resistivity and distance. You are on the right track

- If your car is an automatic, you can go through the plug that seals the hole where the clutch would be. If you have a clutch, you will need to drill a hole in the firewall if there are no other available plugs.

- No, you can use the power cable for a computer on the PS3. It is a standard shape and can be purchased from any good computer shop. The PS2 uses a transformer and the pin alignment is different. Just get a proper cable, they are really cheap anyway.

- Well I don't know of any extension chord that could replace this fairly crucial component . I think you should look for another one with a friend that maybe has a broken xbox or an old pc.. You might find the piece you're looking for on another machine like a computer or a printer . Look around and see , good luck ;)

- I don't know what you mean by 302cm power cable. When it has 2 wires, one if usually the hot (power) and one is the ground (earth.) I don't know much else that'll help you, sorry.
