- Q: I have an LG AX-310 phone from Alltel and I recently bought a Cellet retractable USB data charger cable. I knew that it charged the phone, but I also thought that you could transfer like pictures from the phone to the computer. I just got it today, and when I plugged it in a pop-up came up and asked if i wanted to install it. I clicked yes, and then it loaded and said it could not install. I clicked finish, but then realized i hadn't unchecked a box that said Do not ask me to install again, so now I don't know how to try to install it again. I'm so confused. Does this device transfer pictures and such or just charge it? It is charging, so that works.I'm a 15 year old girl who isn't that good with technical things, so any detailed answers on how to help would be wonderful. Thanks! :)

- Q: Hey, I'm trying to get images from a motorola v3i phone, but when i connect the phone to the computer via a data cable, the images don't appear where they're supposed to be. There are no images in the image folder, or anywhere else!. They are saved to the phone, and theres no option to save them anywhere else on the phone. The data cable is just a plain USB DATA CABLE from MOT series from an old OKorder store!I need a way to get the pictures off of the phone, and on my computer! Please help!
- You usually need the software that comes with the data cable to access the phone and download the pictures. Just having the cable isn't enough. Although your cable fits, it still might not be the proper one. You should go to the Motorola web site, or the site of the vendor from whom you purchased the phone and see if the software and cable are available. This usually costs between $40-$60.
- Q: I recently began to have an issue with my Compaq Presario 5108US where it would not boot at all. I began to take the computer apart piece by piece and found that the hard drive/cd-rom/dvd all work but only if just the power cable is plugged into them. If the data and power cables are plugged into them the drives refuse to work. Am I wrong for thinking that my motherboard or cpu is bad?
- What does refuse to work mean? And when you say 'fails to boot', I assume the computer still powers up. If you think the computer works better when you don't have the data cables in, why wouldn't the booting problem be your hard drive?
