If you love the sofa and want to incorporate your wing chair, consider an armless chaise in the same fabric as your sofa, color conducive to the wing chair. If you need the extra seating for occasional parties, then an armless chaise would suffice since it can accommodate 3 people seated lengthwise. If you need the seating for a large family, you may opt for another sofa, facing each to the other, coffee table in the middle (depends on the scale and function of your room).

They are very strong alkiline cleaners to neutralise urine (acid) on babys skin so they are not the right thing to use on leather. Saddle soap is too harsh to use on todays furniture. A lot of leather wipes contain chemicals which will also destroy the finish or leave residues on the leather which will damage it.

ALSO TRY TO FIND ARMS WITH NO MORE THAN ONE SEAM FOR THE SAME REASON. (2) IT SHOULD BE CLEANED ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR (I DO IT IN THE LATE SPRING AND LATE FALL) (3) IT SHOULD BE CONDITIONED AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR, GENERALLY RIGHT AFTER THE CLEANING. (4) USE A GOOD QUALITY CLEANER AND CONDITIONER (I CLEAN AND CONDITION 3 PIECES FOR UNDER $20.00) (5) FOR EVERYDAY USE PUT SOMETHING OVER THE BACK OF THE CHAIR. OIL FROM HAIR IS LEATHERS WORST ENEMY. (I USE HAND TOWELS THAT COMPLEMENT THE COLOR OF MY CURTAINS, THEY'RE ABSORBANT, WASHABLE AND DON'T LOOK BAD). TAKE THEM OFF WHEN YOU HAVE COMPANY. LEATHER CAN LAST FOR MANY YEARS IF TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY. THE AVERAGE LIFESPAN OF FABRIC COVERED FURNITURE IS FIVE YEARS.

Q:I have an old, black leather living room sofa set that needs to be replaced. I've been hoping that Costco would have them on sale, but they only sell leather sofas in different shades of brown. Is there a reason that Costco vendors would only sell sofas in brown? Is brown more popular than black?
