Q: I have tried rug cleaning sprays and powders and vacummed it many times. I don't know what else to do and don't want to replace my rug!: White vinegar--it relatively is a large deodorizer, even on puppy urine. Plus it relatively is low-fee, organic, and works as a cloth softener,so it leaves the carpet delicate. It would not pass away a residue as many detergents and soaps do, meaning it won't entice dirt interior the destiny. The vinegar scent dissipates because it dries.

Q: What carpet is good for sound absorption?: Sound absorption effect is good, if the stadium sound effect is good, you have to see a museum, is the need for sound absorption, or need to spread?. Is it a sound that needs to be sucked on the ground or a sound that needs to be sucked, or does it require high frequency or low frequency?. This should be based on the specific circumstances of the venue analysis.

Q: how do I find out how much its worth?: take it to a dealer i can give u and estimate since i sold mine. 3 by 4 meter for $2500 CAD and bigger one i forgot the size for $4000 CAD look in the yellow pages or just go a store see if they have an inspector. it should sell for god amount of money depending on condition and how old it is.

Q: I have a long bit of carpet, like a rug i spose but its filthy and i want to put in in my room.. do u think its safe to just throw it in the washing machine to clean??: its going to depend on the type of carpet. if its carpet like what goes into bathrooms yes, but dont use detergents with enzymes like Era. they eat the latex backing. If its an area rug like an oriental rug then no you will need to have it dry cleaned of shampoo it. Most of the time you can get away with just taking the rug outside for a good beating unless it has some stains.

Q: Someone please tell me by 12:00am april 28 2007 all the steps of putting carpet down!!: It depends on the type of carpet, some use mild adhesieves and others have to be stretched...if it is the kind that has to be stretched you will need a tack strip around the pirimeter of the room and padding cut to fit on the inside of the tack strip, then you will need to rent a carpet stretcher which has teeth on it and get down on your knees and knee kick the stretcher to stretch the carpet towards the tack strip all the way around the room, very hard on the knees....when you get the carpet stretched to the tack strip tap the carpet onto the tack strip with a hammer, good luck.

Q: We are moving into a new apartment soon and I am shopping for some new things for it.
