- First, the 140 sq meters of floor can be cateogrized into three categories: 1 - area covered by exactly one rug 2 - area covered by exactly two rugs 3 - area covered by exactly three rugs. If the combined area of the three rugs is 200 sq meters, and you are only covering 140 sq meters of floor, then 200 - 140 = 60 sq meters must be overlapped (meaning it is covered by either 2 or three rugs). Now since you say that 24 sq meters is covered by exactly two rugs, that means that the area covered by three rugs is 60 - 24 sq meters = 36 sq meters covered by three rugs. Hope this helps.

- Bath rugs usually have a non-skid coating on the back so they don't slip when they are wet. They can be made of anything...I've had fuzzjy synthetic ones, looped cotton ones, a whole array of materials, but if they were designed for use in the bathroom, they had a non-skid backing on them. Kitchen rugs are often reversible. My favourite are the rag rugs, tightly woven colourful cotton rugs made from twisted rags, often in colour schemes (in my pair, the dominant colour is blue). They are durable, colourful, absorbent, easily washed in the machine, and release soil much better than nappy rugs. And they are dirt cheap...I have a pair in my kitchen that have been in use for more than 10 years and I paid less than $5 each for them in a place like WalMart or a dollar store. They are just now starting to fray a bit!

- You could probably sew them together with rug yarn that you can get in a craft store. Depending on what the backing of the rugs are made of, this might be difficult OR, they have iron on tape that is made just for rugs. I've never seen it in the stores but I've never really looked for it either. I did see them use it on a show on HGTV. You lay the rugs face down with the joining edges against each other on the floor, place the tape evenly along the edges you want to connect, and press with a hot iron. When the joined rugs cool, turn the piece over and comb back and forth with your fingers to hide any of the new seam that night be showing.

- i know you can use paint thinner when it gets on you and other surfaces. so you could possibly use it on carpet too.
- Q: when every i take my cover off my horse it lets of static electric zaps. (you know like if you shuffle along the floor then tap some one and it lets of this zap) but its not small zaps they are very loud, you can hear them crackle from meters away if you move the cover, but they are also EXTREMELY painful!! (It left me with welts all up my arms!) i can hardly hold it because of this (it only dose it when i take it off) and im starting to worry if it may be hurting my horse as well as me, So how can i stop this?
