FAQ of ISO Chemical Processing Centrifugal Pump

1. Are CNBM pumps available in DIY stores?

Yes, currently, we’re available for DIY stores all over the world.

2. Where do I have to send pumps for service?

You must send them to the CNBM PUMP Service Point or, after contacting Customer Care, to the CNBM PUMP service center in China.

3. Are your pumps acid-proofed?

To choose the right pumps for chemical applications, we do need further details on hydraulic operations as well as on the type, concentration and temperature of the liquid.

4. Can your pumps mount Eff.1 motors

Currently, only on request though this will shortly be a CNBM standard.

5. Are your pumps protected against dry running?

No, unprotected centrifugal pumps are not generally designed for dry running. It is important to give us or your dealer as much information as possible about the system in which the pump is used. Inlet pressure, the type of liquid to be pumped, together with relative density, viscosity and temperature, for example, are required in order to allow CNBM to recommend the right pump with the right gaskets for a long operating lifetime.

Q: Today I was installing a new water pump on my 1999 grand Prix. When tightening the bolts one of them snapped off. Now the pump leaks from that broken bolt. I was wondering if I would be able to stop the leak using some sort of sealant or would I have to take the car in to get the bolt removed?
Go the your local hardware store and ask them for a bolt extractor kit. You will need to drill into the center of the bolt about 1/2 inch and then change the bit to the extractor that's in the kit. Try to keep the drill level and back it out slowly. Don't forget to get a new bolt also.
Q: it's not doing anything. about a month ago, i changed the pressure switch because it the water just suddenly stopped (like now), and after changing it, it worked again. I did noticed that after changing the pressure switch, it was tripping a lot (the pressure switch). when the water pump stopped again (this time), i went a bought another pressure switch thinking that it was the same problem, but this time it didn't solve the problem. Came to find out later, that the pressure switch that i had changed about a month ago, it was wired incorrectly - maybe that's why it was tripping a lot? so i did wired this one correctly, but still didn't work. Did i burned the pump? another note here is that it has been less than a year that i changed the water pump. My question is, what could the problem be this time? did i burned the pump because i wired the pressure switch incorrectly? any suggestion, please email me thanks!
what the hell are you working on?? Need just a little more input
Q: A total of three units, usually starting two units. After jumping the gate, it was like this. I haven't paid attention before. Is it a turn around?
I have encountered this problem, 1, check the reverse pump outlet single flow valve is damaged2. Check whether the three wires of the motor are in wrong position and reverse when starting
Q: i mean, the water that runs through the ground from rain and ends up in the pit in the basement,is it clean to drink in an emergency? live close to a public road where they salt for snow and ice, so do you suppose that is in the water?
The only thing it would be suitable for is flushing toilets.
Q: I just had my water pump/timing belt replaced and oil change. When the pump failed, white smoke was coming out, which I figured out to be coolant from the smell. Now there is smoke coming out from under the engine, which I believe to smell like oil. Also, the temperature gauge goes up to the halfway point when I am at a stoplight or idling. The highest I have ever seen it is at 1/3.I had my car serviced by the dealership and I asked them. The man said its burning oil residue from the oil change and that it will burn away in a few days. Is this true? I have had my car worked on and oil changed for the past year at this dealership and have never had any smoke or other problems. What else could be going on? Worse case scenarios. Thanks everyone.
Looks like you should have went ahead and bought the Volkswagen now don't it?
Q: There are heard buzzing, but can not move and no death card, is not a bad capacitor, how much is the direct standard capacitance it?
The motor is sure of electricity, isn't it? Is there a low voltage or broken phase (three-phase motor), these cases will cause the motor does not turn, or low speed (easy to block), so should be measured with a universal meter. Maybe the boot capacitor is broken. Or smell the smell of burning. It might be a short circuit between the motor windings. (bearings should be hard to break). Look for repairs if you suggest. You may not be good. Oh, capacitor. You can measure good and bad with a universal watch. If the capacitor is replaced, it is better to choose the same capacitor as the original configuration parameter.
Q: My Camry is overheating and I am assuming it is the water pump. I already changed the thermostat and that was no help. When I turn the heater on to cool off the engine, it blows cold air or the temp of the air outside most of the time and seldomly hot air. I bought a water pump, but I am not sure if this is something I can do?
Got okorder /
Q: Why can't vertical water pump use spring shock absorber?
Building water supply and drainage and heating engineering construction quality acceptance specification (GB50242-2002) on the 4.4 water supply equipment installation 4.4.6 regulations. Because the spring damper is not conducive to the stability of the vertical pump running, therefore, the vertical water pump damping device should not use spring shock absorber.
Q: i own a 02 gti 337 i bought back in 04 the water is leaking bad and im pretty sure the water pump has gone bad on it i had it replaced awhile back but the check engine came on it isnt this time so i think its just a leak from the seal my question is where is the water pump located is it on the timing belt or is it on a seperate pulley i dont wanna mess with the timing belt and i dont have the money to get this replaced so any help would be great thanks
The okorder a very reputable VW parts supplieror or call for a free parts catalog(248)373-2300 they will give good advice on issues you may be having With your VW
Q: There is a 5.5KW before the pump head is now 25 meters and flow of 20 cubic meters, but not up to the requirements, I think this is like with a motor pump, lift more than 20 meters, the flow is about 40 cubic meters of water pump, please inform the models and parameters, thank you
With the motor pump are pump according to the actual need of work with you in the head, under the same water doubled, the motor is certainly not enough, you should this motor pump change together in order to meet the requirements of.
