Q: Does anyone remember the small soft chairs that would fold flat into a bed? They had no frame, just padding and cloth. Sat about 1ft to 1.5 ft high when a chair and about 6-8 inches high when folded out to a bed. I cannot find then anywhere, please help. thanks.: I know exactly what you are looking for. Q: i'm 15 and i'm redoing my room, getting a new big white bed and right now i have this desk chair that i don't like, and i was wondering if i could like redecorate it? like it's a chair on wheels, with a back support and a gap separating it from the part you sit on, and i would like to make it more arm-chairish?(it doesn't have handrests and i won't bother trying to put those on!) :)and umm i'd like to make it in possible navy blue silk or something i'm not sure yet, kind of like jenny's dark pink armchair thing on gossip girl?well if you have any tips :D: Staples won't work because your desk chair is probably plastic or maybe metal and not wood. I would sugges slip covers. You can fit fabric inside out with pins, then take it off and sew it together then turn it right side out. Velcro will close the open side around anything that sticks out.

Q: I didn't lose all that much weight, mind. But without that little bit of natural padding, my butt and legs get really really sore very quickly from sitting in my office chair. I'll admit, it was the cheapest office chair they had, but this was never a problem before. What should I do about this? Q: Im looking for a good gaming chair that swivels and can be wheeled around with arm rests and be around $150: Any good office furniture store like Staples, Office max..etc will have chairs. its best to try before you buy find one the feels comfortable for you. I always have problems with a chair that has arm rests as they dint go under my pull-out keyboard draw when the chair is set to a comfortable height. I made a U shaped desk for myself so the desk has the arms . this made a solid platform for my arm and mouse on one side and arm and Logitech G13 gaming key pad on the other so arm rests were not needed. A good executive hi back chair with lumbar support works for me.

Q: I have a single chair that has been in the family forever. There is a piece of paper glued to the bottom indicating it was produced sometime around 1750. the name Armstrong is stamped into the bottom of the chair. I am looking for any information on this particular chair or manufacturer.: is it African wood? Is it upholstered?? If so, it could be worth about $500+ depending on the condition - try eBay or goggle to see if you can find any antique dealers, or call your local antique shops, If it's an Armstrong chair, it's worth something - if the paper is a signature, it's probably made by the craftsman whose name was Armstrong - Is it a scrolly stamp?

Q: What kind of each would you get (ex.graco ect)For the high chair would you get one that attatched directly to our chairs or get one all by itself (if that makes any sense to you)?Walker should there be any stipulations on it? Besides the obvious not using them aruond stairs or hot items things on that line.: Honestly I'd do what suits your home environment. If you have the space for a free wheeling high chair, then get one of them. Make sure they are easy to pull apart and clean. While they look fangle dangle and spiffy, they can be murderous to clean sometimes!! For a 5 month old though, I'd suggest one of those Hi-Lo chairs that actually recline. So when baby can't sit up, you can still have bub with you but reclined so they can see what you are doing. I have one myself which is very handy espeically for my now 5 year old when she was a bub. She had to go onto solids at 3.5 months (doctors orders for very severe reflux) and this reclining chair was brilliant. We still have that chair which I now use outside at our BBQ area for get togethers when we don't have enough chairs but I have since been given a babyco brand of high chair that actually clips onto the table. It's even more brilliant than a hi chair because you can still clean underneath it without the chair legs getting in the road. Bub loves it and I now which I had one myself from the beginning. With walkers, again, if you have the space go for it but I really wouldn't put a 5 month old in one just yet as they really are too short for them and they really can't hold themselves upright. If bub is too short for a walker, they tend to end up as toe walkers later one in life (not always but it can contribute) as they are stretching and trying to reach the ground to move around. Both I guess though, are not essential, they are more for our convienience rather than the child's. All the best though in whatever you decide to purchase :-)

Q: I have this really greata office chair that my neighbor was just oging to through out... it has some tears in it ...and i am unsure of how to go about fixing it. the material isn't close enough to stitch... my mom suggested getting a peice of fabric to cover it and stitch that to the chair...i honestly dont care about the looks just that i dont ruin it more... would a regualr needle and thread hold against leather if i just put a peice over it...: There is a repair kit that you can buy that is painted on. You can prob. find it at Walmart. or any hardware store. Or cover the entire thing with fabric. good luck!

Q: The styling chair model is a CC-1808T from CCI Beauty. I want to be able to seperate the top from the base. Does anyone have a chair like this? Is there a way to seperate the two?: most of them chairs will have a gas power push up in the base but all of that section should just unscrew from under the seat. You have to get down and dirty on the floor to see. be brave a pull back any covering.

Q: How old is your child?My son is 3 and I still rock him in a rocking chair or recliner. I really think that over 5 years of age is too old to rock in a rocking chair.Every night I rock him in a rocking chair, tell him a story, sing him a song, and kiss him while patting his bottom to sleep. I do not think he is too old for it.: shes 18 months and we've never really rocked her. we have a glider chair and she loves to sit in it alone, but only sometimes will she sit in my lap. i think if its part of your night routine with a book thats sweet. if you are rocking him all day for no reason, that might be kinda strange.
