Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q: i wasn't to sure how to tell. i didn't think that it mattered but i guess it does. i figured that out when i bought bearings and wheels and they didn't fit inside the wheels. can you please tell me how to tell what kind of bearings i need in this type of situation?
- All legit skateboard wheels have the same size space for bearings - ie they take the same bearings as each other. I think you are experiencing problems because the bearings need to fit very tightly into the wheels so that they don't come out under the huge forces skateboarding exerts So the good news is that you don't need to get anything new. To fit bearings, take one of the wheels off of one of your trucks. Put the bearing down over the axle, put the wheel over the top, and push down HARD (use bodyweight) until it pops into place. Take the wheel off, put the other bearing on the axle, turn the wheel round and repeat so the wheel has 2 bearings on it. It should fit flush into the space. To make sure (or to push it in that bit more) put the wheel on, and tighten the nut on the truck down onto the wheel until the bearings fit snugly. (just don't over-do it or you will wreck the bearings) Alternatively you can buy a tool to push the bearings in, or ask a skate shop to do it for you - but the method above should work easily
- Q: where can i buy furnace inducer motor bearings?
- You can swap out the entire motor in ten minutes. Why would you want to replace the bearings? Just change the motor. Google is probably your best option. Most local part suppliers will not sell to the public, at least here anyway.
- Q: i need bearings for my longboard that are fast smooth and roll longer so chek out this link and let me know wat ya think

- Q: ok..muy f22b1 vtec engine has 22222 stamp on crank and ccbcc stamped on block which comes out to y/g,y/g,y,y/g,y/g. (that's yellow and green.)with yellows in the block and greens as well..(I know it meant one half yellow one half green, but I wanted to see the difference in the bearings...)the yellow had a clearance of .0020, which is the service limit for journals 1,2,3 4...here are muy books' readings-oil clearances-# 1 4 standard .0005-.0015 service-.002# 2 standard .0008-.0018 service-.002# 3 standard .0010-.0019 service-.0022# 5 standard .0004-.0013 service-.0016 I also tested browns and acl bearings.these are the clearances I got with a dial bore gauge.....green bearings- .0019yellow bearings- .0020brown bearings- .0015acl bearings- .0025at this point im not sure which way to go, go with stamps or clearances...any suggestions would be great... thanks
- Honda uses this system to get extremely close tolerances on bearings/journals from the factory. After it has been run 100,000 miles (or 250,000); when it is time for overhaul, the crank gets turned to fit .010, or .020 under-size bearings. The clearance is determined by the machinist turning the crankshaft. Be careful, many machinists go for big clearance, like .003 because they are used to building race engines that last 3 races and get rebuilt again (short life). Better have a shop manual on hand and ask him to shoot for the smaller side of clearances.
- Q: if someone has the LUCKY ABEC 7 bearings.....the black part/side of it and the silver side of it....which one goes outward? does it matter? if it does... please tell me how because i dont want to screw up my board. THE ONE FROM ZUMIEZ... with the green/silver/black tin
- Silver out it does matter because you dont want dirt getting in your bearing and f-ing them up. Spacers are seperate from the bearing their just little cilindrical tubes. The easiest way to put bearings on is to put your bearing on the truck your wheel then press down on the wheel same for the other side.
- Q: I need to get my honda aquatrax trailer's bearings greased up and I'm no handy man. I don't know if the PWC (jet ski) dealer (also a motorcycle dealer) would be willing to do it or if i have to go to a car mechanic.
- your marine service shop should be up to the task of maintaining your marine trailer too. if they arent, you shouldnt be going to that shop to begin with. any normal car mechanic should be able to handle it too. its actually a very easy job, if you dont mind getting grease on your hands. wheel bearings are wheel bearins are wheel bearings..... and there are also places that deal more specifically with trailers. they would be able to handle your marine trailer maintence too. i would suggest you add a set of bearing buddy caps to your shopping list for parts. they have a fitting on them that allows you to pump grease into them without popping them off. and a spring that forces the grease through the bearings and out the wheel seal (if over pumped you will ruin the wheel seal). just pull off a little plastic cap, check that the spring is half compressed and you will have no bearing worries ever again. if the spring is ever getting relaxed, pull out the grease gun and give it a few pumps. bearing buddy caps claim to be a final solution to keeping the bearings full of grease and working properly. IF used properly and kept full, that claim is true.
- Q: I have a Sector 9 Bert deck and I'm looking for some new wheels for it. My question is if I'll have to get bearings for the wheels and if I do, does the size of them matter? Also, do you think there's a specific wheel I should get?
- Wheels dont usually come with bearings. So yes. Or you could just use the bearings out of the wheels that you already have. Often times inexpensive wheels are slow due to bad quality urethane being used(im talking generic Ebay wheels.) Here are a few options that are quality/inexpensive. Abec 11 flashbacks 78a- can be cheap depending on where you buy them. Gravity Drifters/Blazers/Burners Sector 9 Butterballs Churchill Slide rite/White Owl Hope this helps
- Q: Cylindrical roller bearings and needle roller bearings is the same thing?
- Cylindrical roller bearings, rolling bodies are cylindrical roller bearings. Cylindrical roller and raceway are line contact bearings. Load capacity, mainly bear radial load. The friction between the rolling body and the ring block is small and suitable for high speed rotation. According to the ring has no edge, can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single row bearings, and NNU, NN and other double row bearings. Needle roller bearings are cylindrical roller bearings, relative to their diameter, the roller is thin and long. This roller is called needle roller. Although it has a small section, the load bearing capacity of the bearing is still high, with thin and long needle bearing roller (roller diameter of D = 5mm, L/D = 2.5, L roller length), so the radial structure is compact, the minimum diameter of the diameter and load capacity and other types of bearings, bearing the same, especially for the structure in radial installation size limited. According to the use of different occasions, can choose the inner ring of the bearing or needle roller and cage assembly, the shaft neck surface and the surface of shell holes matched with a bearing directly as the bearing inner and outer rolling surface, in order to ensure the load capacity and operating performance and have the same ring bearing, shaft or housing bore raceway surface hardness the machining precision and the surface quality of bearing ring raceway and similar. This kind of bearing can only bear radial load.
- Q: its a 1995 trx 300ex
- it really depends on how much damage is done. Axle Bearings. :Replacing bearings, axle, carrier and seals - $500 :just bearings and seals - $20 Front Wheel Bearings: :just both side bearings and seals - $30 Spindles, hubs. bearings and seals - $200 Swingarm Bearings: :Just beaings and seals - $25 :Swingarm, pivot bolt, bearings and seals - $500 Steering stem bearings :just bearings and seals - $15 :steering stem, bearings and seals - $200 the engine will be about $300 to sent out and have rebuilt by your local honda dealer. bearings are not something to put off, trust me, i know. if bearings wear out, they can destroys a lot of expensive parts, fast. be keep replaced often.
- Q: Can someone explain and demonstrate the use of magnetic bearings + magnetic variation and ways of determining directions without a compass.
- A magnetic bearing is a bearing which supports a load using magnetic levitation. Magnetic bearings support moving machinery without physical contact, for example, they can levitate a rotating shaft and permit relative motion without friction or wear. They are in service in such industrial applications as electric power generation, petroleum refining, machine tool operation and natural gas pipelines. They are also used in the Zippe-type centrifuge [1] used for uranium enrichment. Magnetic bearings are used in turbomolecular pumps where oil-lubricated bearings are a source of contamination. Magnetic bearings support the highest speeds of any kind of bearing; they have no known maximum relative speed.
