Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.

- Q:i want to grease my bearings but i have no idea how to take them out... and i do want to break them or ruin them...how do i do it???
- Is if for a sk8teboard wheel? if so use your trucks and put the wheel on one end of the truck and wedge/pull it out. It should pop out pretty easy. to put it back in you put the bearing in place and use the one end of the truck again and just push it in.

Im used to 8mm axels and fast speed bearings, which are easy to find at that size. Are skateboard bearings suitable for quad skates with 7mm axels?
- You would need spacers to make the bearings fit snug over the axles. If no one makes them, you could try some of the brass tubing that you can find in hobby shops. ABEC is meaningless for speed. It relates to how much the bearings can wobble in high speed machinery. If your bearings are really slow, they probably have a grease or heavy gel as a lubricant. Try cleaning out the lubricant and putting in a little oil.

If i put the bike on a stand (with back wheel off the ground) I can move the swingarm up and down without the shock moving. So my final guess would be shot bearings?? - take the bike to the honda shop and let them fix it. you do not have knowledge or the tools to fix it. also do not ride the bike until you get it fixed.

- do no longer trouble with ceramics, merely get some white lithium grease and coat the bearings in it. additionally, unfastened spin does no longer propose something. My bearings all spin for decrease than 5 seconds, does not trouble me any.

So i started looking at industrial bearings from reputable companies like Fafnir and Timkin, and I'm gonna try putting on non skate-specific bearings cuz they'd be cheaper. - i wouldn't do that if i were you. i don't skate long boards myself, but as i'm changing my set up every few months, the LEAST important thing is bearings. just get them from the skateshop, but don't bother with the decent ones. you'd be surprised that there isn't much difference between bones ceramics and the cheapest skateshop bearings with no brandname. i've also found, the more expensive, the easier they break.so don't bother with industrial bearings, save time by getting the cheapest bearings from a skateshop. +/- $10.

- Yes u take a screwdriver or bearings remover and take the bearing out of the wheel then clean it with whatever u have alcohol soap orange juice haha it works and then just use whatever lube u want u can buy really special lubricant at ur local skateshop
