Specification of High Quality Air Filter for BMW made from Korean Made Filter Paper:

PU air filter

The PU air filters are produced by domestic or importing pure wood OARS filter paper as the major filter medium. Fluid sealant has good elasticity, tensile strength(pull ≥ 88N, elongation ≥230%). Filters are able to be suitable for different climates, heat-resistant -30℃ - 120℃

PP air filter

The PP air filters adopt domestic macromolecule composite non-woven filter material, as the main products of above 98% efficiency, fluid sealant has good elasticity. Filters are suitable for different climate condition, heat-resistant -30℃ - 120℃

Green air filter

Green air filters are environmentally protected, which are made by domestic macromolecule composite nonnon-woven filter material. All filters are high efficiency filtration effect (≥99%) and heat-resistant -30-120 centigrade.

Q: So i ordered a 1988 mustang gt cold air intake, comes with everything needed to install, except the part where i add the maf sensor, the lincolns dont have that. i was wondering what i can use instead of that? any intake tubing? what length? i know that it is all aluminum, and is 3‘ of pipe width. any body know what the stock mass air flow pipe measurments of a 1988 mustang gt 302 HO is? like the width and length?
88 mustang gt shouldnt have a maf. they were still speed density until 1989. you probably bought a generic cold air intake for ALL 87-93 mustangs. as for filling in that gapjust go to the plumbing section of lowes or home depot and get a 3 or so black rubber hose to take it up. generally in the drain section by the large pipes. people use these for low buck intercooler couplers as well. might want to think about doing the maf conversion though, car will be much more responsive to mods as the speed density system does not react well to mods to the engine.
Q: What brand of performance parts are the best?
The best brand depends on what part you want really.
Q: If i install a cold air intake on my nissan altima will it give me more gas mileage than it already does?
Hi what are you a mental case how can sucking cold air in be making it more fuel efficient. what a lame brain idea that one is. cold air being less dense will suck more fuel in with it causing a lower MPG. some hair brain ideas some young have about this one.
Q: I have an 07 Scion tC and I‘m thinking of adding a cold air intake
in no way!!!! once you place your motorbike to sleep for the iciness, exchange the oil and filter out, fill the gas tank comprehensive, placed some Stabil in it and go away it on my own. it extremely is particularly difficult on the motor to start it and idle it in the process the iciness. Idling the motorbike does not thoroughly heat up the motor, the oil and the transmission. you're able to desire to certainly trip a motorbike to get each thing as much as comprehensive working temperature. What occurs is the combustion starts making all of those acids and different corrosive chemical compounds, water vapor, uncooked gas seeps previous the jewelry into the oil and the oil in no way gets warm sufficient to burn all of those issues off into the ambience so they sit down interior the oil and contaminate your crankcase and transmission. in case you are able to no longer trip the motorbike for a minimum of 20 to half-hour, go away it sit down. A 4 month layup of a motorbike it quite is prepped as I reported interior the commencing up of this answer heavily isn't harmed. Take the battery out and placed it on a young so which you heavily isn't tempted to start the motorbike. in case you permit out your motorbike, bypass out to the storage and sit down on it and make vroom vroom noises like something human beings close in by using iciness.
Q: I know zero about cars and I wanted to buy one for my boyfriend. Can someone find me the best one for the best price? Or tell me which ones to avoid? Thank you!
Take it from an expert cold air stuff is wasted money on 95% of cars made in the last 15 years. My friend has a dyno at his shop and we like to see the difference in peoples cars he/we dyno. Like in this case we have OH so many times looked for power gains with KN filters. We have never seen any proof on the screen that KN filters and many other aftermarket products that claim more power actually work. We have also dynoed with NO air filter and even that didn't add power. MYTH BUSTED! KN filters use an oil that is saturated in a cotton cloth held if form by wire mesh. ALL cars with a mass air flow meter for the last 10 years or so can't use a KN filter without problems down the road. The oil eventually makes it way up to the air flow meter and the oil coats little tiny sensitive sensors. Plus the dirt that is not captured by the filter also coats the sensors. When this happens all sorts of problems can happen, from poor gas mileage to a no run situation. KN filters LIE big time on the HP gains and MPG gains its all BOGUS. KN filters ONLY belong on carburated cars and cars with mechanical mass air flow sensors. Some people say this oil in the MAS problem is related to people putting to much oil on/in the filter ALSO a busted myth. Car companies are always looking to get a better MPH and hp and torque rating if KN filters worked and didn't cause problems ALL cars would have a KN filter or similar filter brands in every new car built.
Q: My idea is to fit a compressor and canister in the boot, and have a valve that releases the compressed air just in fron of the air intake. My theory is that because expanding air will be extremely cold, it will be denser and therefore more oxygen rich. Would it work do you think?
please don't use pure oxygen as another has suggested that is just a bomb waiting to blow. and as everyone should know engines run on a mixture of ambient air and fuel.and a compressor just does what it is called. it compresses ambient air.not pure oxygen and not co2 as previously stated by another.Any hoo if you cool your fuel thru a cool can [a can with a tube spiraling through dry ice to cool fuel] you will accomplish more. you can also water inject your inlet air thus introducing water and air at a cooler temperature and also raising compression due to the water taking up space.see you can't compress a liquid so this water uses up space in the cylinder and raises compression. this way you will not have to install a compressor because the water will also cool the incomming ambient air thus accomplishing your original idea of denser air. hope this has helped some good luck!
Q: I have a 1993 ford probe gt. I‘m getting a klz engine swap and its recommended to get a new cold air intake to have the engine work at its best. on ebay they all say for manual tranny only. is there different ones for a automatic? if so how could i get my hands on one?
The auto transaxle casing is usually larger than a manual version so if the CAI is located close to the transmission, that may be the difference. If you buy it and it doesn't fit, you can likely just cut it slightly to make it fit.
Q: My husband would like to install a cold air intake in his 2007 Scion XB. I have no idea what brand to trust. Any suggestions would be helpful.
AEM makes a good cold air intake for the xb. You can also get a TRD one from the dealership. AEM makes the TRD intake for toyota (scion) except with TRD badging. The only difference would be the TRD is covered under warranty and is about twice as much money. It really shouldnt void your warranty if you put the AEM intake on.
Q: I installed a cold air intake in my 1991 Honda prelude 2.0si. It seems way to quiet, you can‘t hear it at all only when you very first step on the gas. How can I get it louder? What can I do?
An intake isn't going to give you constant sound like an exhaust would. The only time you're really gonna hear it is during acceleration and when you're on the gas hard, otherwise it's gonna be quiet. You want to be loud go to AutoZone and buy one of their exhaust tips so you can be like the other 75% of Honda's running around with an irritating coffee can muffler. You could've easily gotten the same noise from your stock intake by removing it's resonator (silencer) without wasting $150 on an intake just for noise. I don't hate on modding Honda's, I just hate on doing it wrong.
Q: i heard around that short ram intake is different than cold air intake depending on if you have a manual or automatic i have automatic so which would be better?
