Q:I have a 97 Pontiac Sunfire and just today, like two hours ago, my check engine light came on. I took a look at my fluids and all look ok, but the oil. It is QUITE low to the point to where I‘ll need to stop at the store to fill it up before attempting to drive home from work. It did looks pretty dirty as well. I also made sure my gas cap was quite tight as well. Could the low oil cause my light to come on like that? Take it to a qualified auto technician and have it diagnosed. Do not listen to any backyard mechanic want a be that tells you to take it to a parts store for a code check. Parts salespeople are not qualified nor do they have the proper equipment or skill to diagnose your vehicle.

Q:I do installing for a living and i am stumped on what to do about this. I put a viper 350hv in my 2002 dodge intrepid. my car never came with key less entry. mind you that car had power locks already. if i manually lock the door with the switch on the inside of the car and shut the door my dome light will dim and go out but if i just shut the door and lock it with the vipers fob the it will lock and chip twice meaning it is overriding the dome light because it wont dim. there are two ways i can think of to fix it. one is to set the setting on the viper to auto arm 30 seconds after the last door is shut or fix the dome light problem. please help!: diode isolate the doors 4 diodes and one more diode so the 12v don't come back to the alarm green wire in the drivers door total 5 diodes and it work i did it on a 2003 limited town and country some system
