- Hi I'd roll it up good and tight, tie it a few places so it stays really tightly rolled and then cover the ENTIRE thing in plastic --maybe 2 really large plastic bags from a mattress store or a moving store--even a rug store. OR a few tarps--tie it up again too. Once it's super duper tied up and plasticated (my word) --then you can leave it outside.

- Local carpet stores don t have access to a rug binder? Thats strange.. Look further, when I had my store we had a place that picked up and dropped off our carpet we needed to have bound or surged..It was a week turn around time for us. But to answer you question yes you can have a pc done any size , shape or form. Some additional options are a felt backing sewn on as an anti slip mat.Surging ran our custumers about 2.5 $ a l/f. and binding was $2.00 a l/f.. Of course this can vary but it ll put you in the ballpark , price wise.. Some carpet guys have a binding machine to bind edges for when they do a carpet base like a lot of hotels use instead of a wood base.Any flooring questions you can e mail me through my avatar.. GL.
- Q: The rug is 6' x 8'
- Try Duct or masking tape...not to stick it to the floor but turn it over....attach the duct tape to the outer edge of the under rug and pull it back until it curves just a wee bit. Not an extreme curve just a little....run the tape back a foot or two and flip it back over...maybe the pressure of the tape pulling will keep the corners from lifting. Good Luck!

- Hi there! Three are 3 ways I know of and they're all pretty easy and relatively inexpensive... -Double sided tape -Velcro tape -A rug pad (may or may not need double-sided tape to get the rug to stick to the pad) Good luck!

- To be honest it totally depends on what quality carpet you would be after...the cheapest but quicker wearing would be about 3.99 per square metre. Which is pretty horrible, office type carpet which is practically see-through! Prices then range up to ?30 per square metre which gets almost ridiculous when added up. I just carpeted my house, and found Carpet Right the cheapest, for carpet and fitting. To fit the carpet they charge ?4.99 per square metre. And add ?30 for stairs. I would add however that often 'Carpet Right' can be 'Carpet Wrong' so would check the carpet for gaps against the wall and cutting in around door frames before you pay the fitters.. To say what is best depends on the planned usage, what style you are looking for and how heavy the traffic you are going to have on the carpet. I recommend going to some of the showrooms to compare the brands and types. Ask if the salespeople are on commission. Commissioned sales persons usually try to sell the most expensive, not what is necessarly needed or best. As far as paint, Behr paint is the best paint for your dollar.

- Well when she is not clipped only put it on if you are positive she needs it. When in doubt go without. When she is clipped it depends on what short of clip if it's summer just get a lightweight cotton rug if it's winter get a good heavy rug. Remember though for when she is not clipped her hair acts like a heater and an aircon Remember for when she is not clipped When In Doubt Go Without Feeling the bottom of her ears is also a good indication of weather she is cold or hot.
