Razor Wire is the galvanized strip combined with the core wire, to form continuous spirals of various diameters, which are then clipped together with heavy duty clips. These coils are collapsible for trasport and then expanded and fastened for use.

- The wires in those little patch cords and headphones and stuff are often very fine and hard to splice or solder. You could get you some wire cutters and wire strippers and a soldering iron and some electrical tape or shrink wrap and go at it, but it would probably be just as well to get another cord.

- It doesn't matter, they are made so that no matter what wire you connect the fan will work, just don't get a fan that has 3 wires because then you have to wrap electric tape around the 3rd wire and try to fit it somewhere so it wouldn't be seen. - Green wire should be screwed into the inside of the receptacle box or pigtailed to the bare copper wire in the back of the box. If neither a bare wire or a green screw is present, call an electrician to run proper wiring to the box

- No, the wire colors wouldn't matter if they were wired correctly. First, if you see a yellow wire, that is not a conventional wiring setup. You need to find a black wire (hot) that is switched, and a white wire (neutral) that is at ground potential. There should also be a green or bare copper ground wire. On the fixture, black goes to black, white to white, and the ground wire to the metal fixture if there's a ground connection, or if the fixture screws to a metal box, the ground can be connected to the box instead.

- What size wire do you have now? You will most likely have to upgrade your power wire with that new amp. It is rated at 2000w RMS of total output so that would mean you would need a 1/0 gauge wire. All you need to upgrade is the power wire and the ground wire. The remote wire or RCA won't need to be upgraded. You will also probably need to get a new fuse box for the larger wire. If you get an amp kit you can get everything you need. Good Luck!!!
