- of course it shouldn't !! when you say the press you refer to a number of media companys who operate under strict regulations and corporations law. These laws have been thousands of years in the making since the founding days of democracy. ALL companys are bound to operate under these laws. They are there for a reason. Why should media companys, who are out to make a profit just like all other companys, have superior rights and priveliges to others ? legally they are an entity which has the same rights to both benefit and punishment as an individual. that is to earn a profit from work done to pay taxes and to not harm others in the process. as it stands today, the media and parts of the political/social elite have far too much privelige. to then allow the press to illegally wire tap conversation for example just makes no sense. why would you want a society that allows its highly untrustworthy media agents to do this activity ? especially since it breaks numerous privacy laws that we're ALL bound to !! In any case, if they ever get away with it, then it opens up the posibility that everyone will register a small business and operate as a media outlet, like a blogger, then use this position to set wire taps on rich peoples houses and set up camera in their bedrooms, and then use this media privelidge to get away with it. i mean i am sure murdoch gets his walls painted or fixes his toilet from time to time.. i'm sure it would produce some highly interesting and profitable material for a media business. so the traffic can easily flow both ways if the laws let the big moguls get away with this any longer.

- Close-grip = emphasis on triceps, and it's a great lift to use for building them. Wide-grip = emphasis on the shoulders. Normal grip = evened out emphasis. With a normal grip, you use the front delts heavily at the bottom of the press, the tris at the top, and the pecs mostly in-between. - Q: I have a friend who has big shoulders and the only exercise he does for his shoulders is the military shoulder press---the two versions of it, the behind neck one and the front one.I wonder if only doing shoulder presses covers the entire area of your shoulders, the three deltoids?Thanks.
- Military press is a great exercise for front delts. Behind the neck press puts the shoulders in a bad position and can cause joint trouble over time, avoid them. Side laterals are best move for side delts. Most pulling moves - bent rows, pull/chinups. lat machine, etc - work rear delts.

- Hi- This can be a tricky one my dear- the last thing you want to do is burn her hair, but it is not a loss case..*smiles* I would invest in Golden Hot products for useage when curling or pressing hair...Easiest way method - after washing her hair plait it in sections and let it *air dry*.......When you have your heating equipment heated go ahead and run the straightening comb through the hair..Be careful and dont get to close to the scalp.......It is bascially trial and error...meaning, I am sure you will nick her a few times before you get the hang of it...*smiles good luck

- Q: I'm really new at this, I don't understand what pressed powder is used for and what the differences are. Do you apply pressed powder after foundation powder? Or what? Someone please help, Thanks.
- There are two main types of pressed powders. Translucent powder is used to set makeup, and you use it right after you finish putting on all your makeup. This will be shiny, shimmery, and when you are purchasing, there won't be as many color choices because it doesn't go on with a distinct color. Basically, its shiny and makes your makeup stay on, but doesn't add color or coverage. Foundation powder or pressed powder is used for coverage or to make liquid or creamy foundation stay. This kind will need to match your skin and is great for all over or t-zone coverage. Hope this helps!

- No. While you are focusing on the pecs and secondarily triceps, they also recruit different muscles. For example, if you can bench press 400lbs, that doesn't mean you can do a push-up if you added weight to your back in order to get added weight + your weight to 400lbs. The converse is also true: just because you can push your body up doesn't also mean that you can bench your body weight. The two are separate things. Another factor is that push-ups are typically done in long sets, or at least that's what you end up striving for. Bench press, and most other lifting, is done with reps anywhere from 1-15 per set (depending on your goals). Do both, as they complement each other.
