Pictures of Chenille Polyester Jacquard Carpet
- Q: I'm having a hard time visualizing this. I have two small black tables, a black loveseat, black TV with a black (or soon to be silver stand) and a bright red chaise lounge. I know going with a neutral beige rug would be good, but what is another different color I can go with in a rug? Bonus points if you can also tell me a good color for one accent wall... :)
- Go to Target, they have some very nice large rugs in multi colored patterns. Several with Black and Red and other bold colors. Either that, or a black white rug would do nicely with red furniture also. and if it were me, I would color one accent wall with a nice red. Just be bold!
- Q: How do I turn my finished latch hook project into a rug?
- Stitch okorder /
- Q: The previous owner of my home put up walls for separate rooms OVER existing carpet in the basement. He/she did not install baseboard along the new walls. I'm planning on replacing the carpet in the basement as well as installing baseboard along the walls. What should I do first? The carpet installer is going to have to cut the carpet from underneathe the walls in order to replace it. Should I wait until after the new carpet is installed or can I go ahead and put the new baseboard in regardless?
- Baseboard first..Hold 3/8 to 1/2 inch off floor. You will have to cut the carpet from under walls before you put base down..No way around it. Then install the carpet. You can put the base down after the carpet but it will take a little more time to keep it running straight and if the tack strip is put too close to the wall you might have trouble changing carpet later.
- Q: i have two ponies,, [its winter here]the Arab x welsh dosint care Ive only had her a little while i introduced rugs to her, but she defently seams more comfy wearing one and not as tired because she dosint have to bother keeping herself warm [shes in bad shape slowly gaining weight :)]and my shetland pony has been known for her rug fights :D she was an rescue loves her rugs very funny, she has a zillion rugs all for her :) even tough summer she will fight me for the rugs, she will grab onto it with her teeth and play tug of war [i dont tend to pull i wait until she's giving up]i really shouldn't of introduced rugs to her but she loves them :) she wont rip her rugs takes extra special care when going tough the gate entirely different when i put a saddle on gt;.gt;what about your horses?
- My thoroughbred gelding, Booey, loves having all his rugs on except one. We won a woollen one for Champion Hack at a show once, so i use it to throw over him while he is tied to the truck at shows. if he doesn't have a cotton one on underneath, he will rip it off and stomp on it. He must find it itchy or something, i only hand wash it in wool mix same as his stable rugs but he HATES it. Maybe the other horses tease him about it and he is embarrassed?LOL.
- Q: does anyone know of any antibacterial carpet powder?
- Never heard of it.
- Q: Which is more harmful to the human body, the plastic carpet or the cement?
- Plastic (PVC) is not possible due to the release of formaldehyde, the domestic plastic floor (PVC floor) used in the production of additives is relatively poor, a serious odor, imported PVC floor adopts production technology and advanced production technology, to replace the pungent odor additives smell, so the PVC floor is at present the most environmentally friendly all the floor in the floor. So I suggest using the PVC floor, sheet, floor or coil flooring.
- Q: My Water Heater and flooded about 10 x 10 carpet area. What do i do? anyone have recommendation for those carpet cleaners rented at ACO, Home depot?
- Just use a wet/dry vac suck up the water. The real problem will be drying out the carpet before it gets moldy.
- Q: i found maggots in my carpet.how do i kill them..can i put salt on them..?
- try some baby powder...it really works and then if you have a shampooer then carpet shampoo and they will be dead and gone. You can rent shampooer pretty cheep. Good luck I hate maggots.
- Q: A: is it good to lay full carpets in the bedroom?
- A lot of villa bedroom covered with carpet. Is the kind of senior!
- Q: I am away from my horses at the moment and i have to call each day to have them rugged. I couldnt get a hold of the lady today and they may not be rugged. its winter here (not snowing here ever) and they have always had doona type rugs on of a night. will they be ok and not get sick?im so worried i feel sick
- Where I used to live Everyone blanketed, I moved and now where I live it is MUCH colder and Nobody blankets. I have found that at first the horses have a little harder time if they have never been exposed to the elements but they adjust quickly because naturally in the wild that is what they do. He will develop a fuzzy coat even if it is late in the season. Provide Lots of hay, Make sure it is grass hay, since he can't move much you don't want to feed him high quality feeds as he will get too much energy and may re-injure himself, or start gaining a lot of weight (not good for a healing injury). If this is happening on just grass hay, find a poor quality grass hay and give him a multivitamin/mineral mix to make sure he remains nutritionally sound. Also, feeding a low quality hay will help with his boredom because hopefully you can give him unlimited and he will be able to eat/graze as he chooses. The continual digestion will help him generate body heat. He will be cold for a while but he will get it figured out. Just remember if you 'rescue' him every time from the slightest cold it isn't healthy for him and will make him weaker in the long-run, because they forget how to care for themselves. In the wild they survive blizzards and come out kicking, playing, and having fun, and I have seen them do so in captivity as well- their owners just need to let them learn how to do it.
