Q: than cleaning it at home with my own carpet cleaning machine? For example I have a stain on my carpet in my living room. When I clean it, it looks clean....but a few weeks later it pops up again....if I hire professionals will it come up?: Maybe this will helps..

But you can get a mid grade carpet and pad to cover any warranties for around 3$ a s/f installed. Of course you can get a better carpet ( and cheaper ) but you generally get what you pay for.. Don t down grade pad since this is the back bone of any carpet..If any thing this is one place to up grade to what you can afford. GL

So I was wondering if peroxide, baking soda, and things of that nature can be used in carpet cleaning machines?: It depends upon the stain, if your carpet has a light color you can use the hydrogen peroxide , but it is not advisable because it has a little amount of bleach. in using baking soda this will only absorb the awful smell. yet very effective.
