Q: What is the difference between wdz cable and WDZN cable?
In accordance with the requirements of the general requirements of the installation of the switch installation height is 1300mm, the socket is 300mm, air conditioning socket is 1800 ~ 2200mm; wall in accordance with the norms is not allowed to take the horizontal pipeline, so the conventional approach is vertical inside the floor of the pipe is near run.
Q: When talking about power supply's, what is Modular Cabling?
Here are some examples of modular power supplies
Q: So I have a subwoofer in my trunk and was wondering if I could use the big power cables (coming from my battery) going into the amp (which is a JL Audio JX1000) to power some LED's that I want to install. My plan was to cut out a small section of the rubber sheath (or whatever you call it) from each power cable and put the clamps from a power inverter on them, then plug my LED's into the power inverter. After putting the clamps on I would use electrical tape or something to cover any exposed areas of the cable. Would this work? If it does work, which color clamp (black/red) would i put on which cable? One says quot;groundand is blue and the other says quot;+12VDCand is red. Also I have a toggle switch near the driver seat to cut the power from the amp so the LED's won't be left on after the car is turned off. Let me know if I'm leaving out any further information needed to answer my question.
You okorder /... Your power inverter, I am not sure what kind of cabling it will require for it to be powered properly as well. Ground is usually connected to Black. And +12v is usually Red.
Q: (above question) and can i use a fender strat guitar with this amp instead of a bass? and are there things i should know before using this amp?
The power cable thing could potentially be a serious problem, since it seems the ground wire is lifted or missing. I'd definitely check this with a knowledgeable person if I were you. It may be as simple as changing to another AC power plug and connect the earth/ground wire. Do you need an extra preamp? No. Any combo amp have two amp stages built in: pre- and power amp. Adding and extra preamp is highly unlikely make the sound better. You will probably just add hiss and noise. This is not a great amp for playing guitar, although you won't ruin anything by doing it. Just plug yoiur guitar in and see if you like the sound or not.
Q: Hi, i cant find anywhere to pass the power cable into the bonnet in my clio 2002 1.2l. Anyone know what to do?
Yes. You will have to drill your own hole, and add a grommet.. I reccomend a step bit. Do not forget to add a grommet to protect the wire from rubbing against the firewall.. As I was taught, Look Twice, Drill Once.. Good Luck!!
Q: high effency double shielded transmission power cable?
What is your question? Does such a cable exist? Probably but you'll have to be more specific. High efficiency = low loss or low resistance per foot? Double shielded = is the shielding (in dB) critical? Transmission = What frequency, 60 Hz, 1 MHz, 100 MHz, ? Power = Watts, KW, MW Is weight or cost important?
Q: My system was working fine until today. The bass stopped hitting to the music and thumps in intervals of about 5 seconds regardless of whether the music is turned up or down. I hooked up my system without my capacitor to see if this was the problem. It worked...but only for a minute. The bass was hitting like it was suppose to but all of a sudden it went back to the interval thumping and the power cable got hot to the touch and the fuse inside the holder was melted. What the heck is the problem?
wow, you need bigger cable, right now. if your cable overheats and melts the casing, you're screwed.
Q: Now i get a message saying I have low system voltage. Is this gonna impair performance? Are there adapters for this? This is for a DESKTOP. Dell XPS.
What? What are you saying? What processor uses a 10 pin power connector? You did 'say' CPU! (Central Processing Unit) Or do you mean the 20 pin ATX Motherboard connector? (AMD's use no power to processor connector. Intel Pentium 4 and UP, use a four pin power connector, from the power supply to the motherboard. (Mobo) Edit: Low System Voltage will start with causing weird things to happen. Then the computer motherboard power headers,(Connectors), will burn up. I suggest you turn this computer off, un-plug it, and email me.
Q: if found the reistance then what are the acceptable limits such that replace the cable or repair the cable
See the document by Megger on how to determine if a cable is good and much more. This is a very good document that covers both static (insulation hipot testing) and TDR fault location methods.
Q: today i purchased a used audiobahn atb10at 10quot;subwoofer with a built in power and for my car but there was no cables for it, the power is a six prong plug and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what the specific name of this cable is or where i can buy it and maybe how to install it, i tried looking into it and didnt get anywhere thanks
Yeah, but beware that if your house or wherever you're at loses power while your laptop is on, it will force shut your laptop down and that isn't a good thing. It can damage your laptop, so it is always a good idea to have the battery plug in, Even if the battery only last for 30 minutes. That will give you more than enough time to shut down the laptop the right way.
