Q:I have had my ASUS laptop for just over 2 months, and I've realised the power cable whilst being securely in, and charging without a problem, feels slightly loose when wobbled. I know this isn't a problem at the moment, but is this right, should it feel slightly loose? It moves quite freely inside the socket of the laptop when moved: It should fit snuggly. Is it moved very frequently while plugged in? If so, this is the reason. As long as it makes a good connection and is 'slightly' loose, you should be alright. However, if I were you, I would ensure the lenght of the warranty and about 1-2 months before it expires, I'd bring it in and mention the cable is loose.

Q:power supply, however it comes with some cables that can be attached to the peripheral 4 point cable then ran into the card itself. can this setup work? Or will I need a new power supply with 2 6 point pci express power cables? Oh by the way its a 600 watt power supply I currently have.: The addapter to the 4pin molex will work just fine. If your pickie about your computer like I am, then you can purchase a new power supply, but there really isnt any need.
