The tiles are manufactured from high density fiberglass wool. The visible face has a decorative fiberglass tissue and the back of the tile is covered with normal tissue. The four edges of the tile are sealed and have grooves. It can be jointed together without suspended system. The tiles will cover the suspension system after installation. They are are suitable for loe flap ceiling space and concrete-made, wooded-made or gymsum ceiling.

Installation method:

Use screw to fix the smooth roof. The tiles can be connected after making grooves on each two jointed edges.

Tiles are easy to trim and install

Both inches and metric grids are available

Main Characteristic:

Non-combustible

No sagging,wrapping or delaminating

Green building material

Excellent sound absorption

Application:

Halls,classrooms,offices,shopping centers.etc.

Acoustic fiberglass ceiling contains a better perfomance in tension strong, light weight, so it is easy to trim and install for interior decoration, with T-grids for suspension system or glue, nail or good material could come with fiberglass ceiling baord. Thus an excellent artical work need a high quality acoustic ceiling board, also high quality.

Energysaving is a trend for our 21' era, new product like fiberglass ceiling tile could in place of traditional products one day. Which depends on functional characters: little deflection of geometry dimention, no radiocative property, specific activity of 226Ra: Ira ≤1.0 and specific activity of 226 Ra 232 Th, 40 K: Ir ≤ 1.3. Both products and packages can be recycled.

Q: I'm finishing my basement in a newer home (built in 2005). The main level floor / basement ceiling is built with I-joists 16 OC. The main level is mainly hardwood floor, and I plan to have a home theater in the basement. I'd like to cut down on the noise from the hardwood floor above (walking in shoes is very loud!) and noise from the theater from coming upstairs. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? I was thinking spray foam would be perfect, but man is that stuff expensive. Any other best bet suggestions? Thanks!
Best Insulation For Basement Ceiling
Q: I have one of those fairly standard (US) ceiling light fixtures that is bowl shaped and takes two light bulbs. That thin tin foil layer came off and now the light bulbs radiate directly on to that fiber/insulation material. Is this a fire hazard? It is one of three and I don't want to replace it but I also don't want to replace the house and my family either if you know what I mean. Can I put some real tin-foil back in its place?
Foil or no foil, the fitting should have a wire cage over it...you can make this from wire net from your hardware store. The wire cage keeps all the insulation stuff away from the heat source. About 6 inches is needed. Insulation is usually fire proof, but the bulb needs to be allowed to get it's own heat away....or the bulb will blow, or the heat could come the other way and burn its mounting.
Q: Worked putting ceiling tile in for a commercial building and on the other side of tile was yellow insulation.first time working with it didnt know any betterno gloves no mask short sleeve shirtgot it all over skin by lunch time eyes were watery itchy by the time work was over I was itching next day noticed two red sores on armjust ignored them few days later I had more places similar and itched like crazyhow do I get rid of insulation itch / rash??
Insulation has a nasty habit of doing this to people. Fiberglass insulation is the worst, as it literally cuts the skin and causes serious rashes and enough itchy feeling that people usually draw blood from scratching so much. Water, soap, and a good scrubbing to start would be good. Watch for pain when scrubbing the area to make sure there is nothing stuck in the area that you could potentially be driving deeper into the skin. Buy some anti-itch cream in the mean time. The rash should go away with time and proper hygiene.
Q: We recently purchased a condo with an unfinished walkout basement. Two walls above grade have fiberglass batts with a plastic vapor barrier. The ceiling has exposed fiberglass batts. We have no immediate plans to finish the basement, but I will have a washer and dryer down there. There is an electric blower to keep the pipes from freezing, but no other source of heat. I am concerned about exposure to the fiber from the ceiling batts and am wondering if there is any covering I can use to encapsulate the fiberglass, or would removal be the best option? I heard that to cover in plastic would not be a good idea because of condensation. We live in a cold winter climate. Thank you.
Drop ceiling...you still have access, but it all contained above the ceiling tiles.
Q: Interior designers should understand which decoration materials
If you want to be the basic designer to all materials should be familiar with, some not commonly used materials are not too familiar with the words also have a better understanding.

Q: between 12 inches and 24 inches thick hallowblocks ceiling
For ceiling the 24 inch thick is slightly better, but not for roof as more afternoon heat is stored in the increased mass of the 24 inch blocks. If the ceiling hollows are filled with fiberglass or rockwool, a 2% reduction in electric consumption is possible as the convection currents are reduced for both 12 inch and 24 inch hollow blocks. Q: I have hanged the drywalls on both the ceiling and walls. My questions is how should I tape the joints between the ceiling and walls? Should I use a regular paper tape, a fiberglass mesh or a paper corner bead (inside corner)?
It is best to use the fiberglass tape in that it allows the mud to penetrate to the sheetroock for a better hold. It is also good when sanding to know if u need to add more mud or sanded to deep.
Q: What is the relationship between the two? Or who is engaged in the electronics industry, can give me talk about the industry's industrial chain and technical process? Thank you.
The concept of glass is generally hard and fragile objects, and is not suitable as a structural material, but if it is made of silk, its strength is greatly increased and has a softness, so with the shape of the resin can finally become a good structural material. Glass fiber with its diameter smaller its strength increased. As a reinforcing fiber glass fiber has the following characteristics, these features make the use of glass fiber far more than other types of fiber to a wide range of development speed is also far ahead of its characteristics are listed below: ?? (1) high tensile strength, elongation is small (3%). ?? (2) high elasticity coefficient, good rigidity. ?? (3) elastic limit within the large elongation and high tensile strength, so the absorption of large impact energy. ?? (4) for the inorganic fiber, with non-flammable, good chemical resistance. ?? (5) water absorption is small. ?? (6) scale stability, heat resistance are good. ?? (7) good processing, can be made into stocks, beams, carpets, weaving, and other different forms of products. ?? (8) transparent through the light. ?? (9) with a resin having a good adhesion to the surface treatment agent. ?? (10) cheap.
Q: Building materials in the ceiling of the hypotenuse or what level of meaning
Bevel is the ceiling is not the level of the ceiling is the ceiling of the ceiling.
