Question 1. How about the warrenty & after-sales ?
•12 months
•If the reject ratio of e-cig is over 5% ,Please send us the picture and broken one back , Broken sample will be analyzed
•by our engineer dept , if the reason is caused by our side , new one will be replace
•If the reject ration is below 5% , we will replace by next order.
Question 2 .What is the lead time for sample and bulk order ?
•Sample:3-7 working days; Bulk order: 20-35 working days,
•OEM oder : 25-30 days after the sample is comfirmed.
Question 3. What does OEM service inclding and the demand ?
•MOQ is 1,000pcs for OEM
- Q: What's are some good ones that won't break in a year?? Should I go with an industrial strength one (although those are really costly).
- An expensive model, used, would be my choice. Check what local vacuum repair places have for sale. My Filter Queen, bought used 22 years ago for 1/4 the new price at the time, is still going strong.

- Q: Okay, I won't tell you who thinks what, but one of us think that you should dust your furniture, before you vacuum that way whatever dust gets on the floor its vacuumed up. The other thinks you vacuum before you dust...So which is it, do you dust before you vacuum or after?Please help this is so small but I would just like to do one of those kinda I told you so things.. Its a wife thing!
- Some vacuums blow dust back in the air. It then resettles back on furniture. Better to dust after you vacuum.

- The dyson is an awesome vacuum, I have one. However, when it comes to vacuuming ashes, a shop vac is the way to go. You can clean up your precious dyson by rinsing all the filters, the plastic container and anything else that looks ashy. I've rinsed it all in the sink and let it dry in the sun. Just don't put the motor in the water. The dyson is very friendly and cleanable. I've done this several times with my small dyson ball and it's still kicking. I've even rinsed hoses, etc. everything but the motor/main machine. congrats to you for buying a great vacuum, but stay away from ashes!

- Q: My wife and I are looking into getting a new vacuum cleaner. My sister has a Dyson, and she is just in love with it. We know that there is a Dyson out there specifically made for pets (we have a black lab), which is what we are leaning towards. However, we have also heard that there have been a number of Dysons that have been returned due to problems with them. We've also heard that there is a brand of vacuum out there that is supposed to be almost exactly like the Dyson but with limited issues.Does anyone out thereknow of what this other brand is, and what are your experiences with either (Dyson or this other brand)? Good/bad?
