Q: I've lost my Advent AW10 printer power cable whilst moving home and haven't used my printer in a while. I need a new power cable but was just wondering what cable would be compatible or where to get another one from for cheap. Thanks.
Here is the support site you could order the part from adventprintersupport-en.custhelp.... You could get from a computer store if there is one near by...
Q: Ok so my friend gave me a 40LCD samsung tv, but he had lost the power cable some how. I have actually found a cable to buy on the internet but i have some concerns. 1 i'm not entirely sure its the right cable for my tv, the socket looks like it would fit but the cable claims to work for all samsung song and lg tvs, when i know that my parents song lcd tv has a more complicated power cable. So i'm worried that using this cable could like wreck the tv or something. the second thing is that i herd you can call samsung and they'll send you a cable for free

Q: Why is my 2 Gage power cable from the battery to my amp is to hot and makes a big spark and burns the wire when you meet one end to the other end?
Too hot means the current is very high. Probably in excess of 200 amps. I suspect there is a short in the amp, specially if you tried to connect it hot and drew a spark. That will kill a lot of electronics. .
Q: Im running a dedicated power cable from battery to trunk for 2 amps and i just want to know if drilling a hole through the firewall is the only way to do it? What happens in 15 years when the hole gets rusted and coroded from the moisture even with a gromet?
Depends how much space you have and the gauge of the power cables. I had to drill a hole in my fire wall to fit my 0 gauge power cable. But I used a size were I had to force my cable through so there wouldn't be any gaps. But you don't have to worry much about rust. If you ever pull your carpet off, you will notice a lot of holes. There normally drain holes they will rust after a while but it's nothing to serious. I got a 87 Jag with rust around the drain holes in the trunk but it's still strong.

Q: What is the cable for the YJV33 cable?
DDF (digitalDistributionFrame) digital patch panel DDF digital patch panel digital patch panel, also known as high-frequency patch panels, digital communications in the increasingly superior, it can make the digital communications equipment, digital data stream connection as a whole , From the rate of 2Mb / s ~ 155Mb / s signal input and output can be terminated in the DDF rack, which wiring, transfer line, transfer, expansion have brought great flexibility and convenience of double deoxidation (DideoxyFingerprints, ddF) 2
Q: If you have an electrical device (e.g. a laptop), you'll sometimes notice that near the place where you plug the power adapter into it, there's a sign. It's composed of 3 circles, minus on the left, O inside a C in the middle, and plus on the right. What is this? And if I want to read/learn more about it where should I go?
If you look at the jack that go inside the power input you will see that it is an outside connect and an inside one.The O is the inside connect and the C is the outside one.Because it is a DC power adapter it has a + and - polarity .O,the inside ,is the plus and C,the outside,is the minus. Also on the adapter you can see the same thing! This is because some brands use the outside connect as + and you can burn your device if you use it!!!!
Q: I am buying a graphics card with a 6-pin power cable connection, but i have no six pin power connections, so i need a converter that converts two molex (four pin) plugs into the 6-pin plug that i need. But i have no molex pins, so i need to convert my two sata 15-pin cables to molex pins so that i can complete the circuit. will this work without risking damage to anything, and will it work in the first place? Also, do i HAVE to use _two_ molex cables to make the pci-e (six pin) cable?
no you can not do what you want to do .it will not work u need to go to the manufactory web site for that and order it or go to you local computer store
Q: What fuse should I use to run my power cable to the amp?
Measure the current (A) drawn in operation, increase by 50% and round up to the nearest standard ampacity: If the drawn current in normal operating conditions is 10A @ 12Vdc, 10*1.5 = 15A, which is one of the standard fuse ampacities (no need to round up).
Q: types of computer cables and where they are being used?
For communication between devices in the computer, such as the hard drive and the motherboard, either IDE or SATA cables are used. For power, Its either a 3 or 4-pin power connector, though some things have two pins (like fan connections to the mother board). Also, the SATA devices use SATA power cables.
