Q: I tried asking WikiAnswers but no answers. So I wanted to ask here.
What do you think? Data cables are used to power up the device, and the power cable is used to transfer data.
Q: I don't know what kin d of power cord i would need in order to make it work. I thought all monitors needed the same power cable, but im not sure.
That one uses a standard plug to the wall. Same type that computers use. Some LCDs need ac adaptors though so they have a special external box then usually the normal power cable with the ground.
Q: i have 1 red light but the thing is when i just have the power cable in the 360 its fine and it stays green but when i put the av cable into the back it tends to stay green for 7 seconds then goes red e74 error can is it the av cable can anyone help me ?
My friend,Dats a damn Problem Which Makes the xbox suck... that is the most frequent problem on the x box 360.. do all the lights go Red... If all The lights Go red...It means That there is a problem with the av cable..()1st light. ( ) 2nd light... 3rd light ( ) 4th light... if the 4th light is red..it means that there is an hardware problem if the 1st and the third light are Red...it means that its overheating... if the 1st 3rd and 4th light are on...it means that there is a general hardware failure... if all the lights are on it means there is an av cable problem In ur case i think there is an problem with the av cable..
Q: everything was working great! and then i blew the main fuse! i replaced it everything was fine after that but then out of nowhere i only have power in half of the power cable connected to the amp!! What can i do??
I okorder /... Under the column for 90 degree cable in copper pick the wire gauge that is closest to your amp requirements without being under. For example: 1200 watt amp = 100 amps of power 2 gauge copper can handle 130 amps (This chart is missing 3 gauge which some places do carry, which can handle 110 amps) 4 gauge is only good for 95 amps. These ratings are about heat build up from inductance of the current. When the heat exceeds the rating, the sheathing melts and conductor degrades at it's weakest point. I recommend use of THHN electrical wire. It is gas and oil resistant and has heavy strands that hold up well to the stress of vehicle install situations. If your wire and fuses are properly sized, then check all of your connections. Often times heat and vibration will loosen screws on amplifier contacts. Also, under the hood, heat can melt your fuse holder causing plastic to coat the contact points (in which case you'll need a small file to clean the contacts) There's really a lot of possibilities here and your question is quite vague and convoluted. Please give more details or take some time and analyse the problem carefully. Chances are that you will discover the source of the problem in a matter of just 15 minutes or so of checking.
Q: Wire with a single core copper wire is good, or multi-core good?
In the air defense regulations, the pipelines of the air defense zone need to be treated with the protective wing ring. The bridge frame is designed according to the cable laid in the bridge. The cable size and quantity determine the size and quantity of the casing. Increase the standby, air defense requirements casing with hot galvanized treatment, both sides of the exposed wall shall not be less than 100 mm, wing ring production can refer to rigid waterproof casing or flexible waterproof casing (explosion-proof). The general construction plans will have a clear sign, or should be presented to the Design Institute in the trial.
Q: I am getting a new 160 amp high output alternator for my 2005 Mazda 3 2.3L. I am running a 1000w amp with two subs. I have the stock alternator in it right now. There are two power cable kits available for me to get. One that has 4 gauge wire with a 100 amp fuse and the other, 1 gauge with 150 amp fuse. Which kit should I get? Can I just add 4 gauge wire along with my stock wire instead of the 1 gauge kit? What are the fuses for and which one would work better? I know nothing about this. Thanks.
I would go with the 1 ga wire. The fuse keeps the wire from setting your car on fire. The size of the alternator does not matter. The battery should supply 700 amps or so.
Q: i bought a new graphics card a while ago, an nvidia 9400gt (i now realize how LOL that is). i connected it, but i noticed there were no extra power cables hanging around that would fit on the small six pin slot on top of the card. the performance increase has basically been negligible, and i don't really want to mess with the power box. should i take it into a computer shop, or is there an easier solution?yes, i installed it correctly and everything. i'm 100% sure.

Q: It's not the original power cable but it's going to my current DVR.
The cable will work just fine.
Q: I want an external that can just be powered by a USB cable what is the largest size hdd I can get and where can I get one?
I okorder that are usb powered, around 75 US
Q: Acoustic Audio 10 inch home theatre powered subwoofer use speaker wire or subwoofer cable?
As you used the phrase The wire that was included for the subwoofer, I'll presume that we're talking Home Theater in a Box here. As someone above mentioned, sub frequencies can use a lot more energy. In a larger system where you are consistently running several hundred watts over longer distances, a larger wire would probably be benificial. For a HTIB system such as yours the wire that came with it would be more than adequate over the short run that would typically be needed. Having said that, there is nothing wrong and nothing will be damaged by going to a larger gauge wire. Just not a lot of benefit.
