- Q: Hi! I have a USB Nokia data cable. When I click the Get connected button in the PC Suite, it tells me to connect my cable to the computer and my phone to the cable. When I connect my cable to the PC it comes up with the Add Hardware wizard. Nokia says to select Install hardware automatically but windows says that it cant find the software needed to install! I have all the drivers on my PC and I don't know what to do!!!! Thanks!P.S I have a Nokia 3200 and the correct cable type!
- Uninstall PC Suite completely. Get the latest version of Nokia PC Suite (ver 6.82) at nokia .uk/pcsuite It fixes a lot of problems found in earlier versions. Donwload install it. Dont connect the phone till PC Suite instructs you to.

Problem is the disc tells me that when i insert the cable i will get an install new hardware wizard to guide me through the installation. Nothing happens! - You can start the New Hardware Wizard from the Control Panel found in the Start Menu On my XP machine it's labeled Add Hardware

- You should never remove hardware like that without using the proper method. The phone might have to be re-formatted. Try uninstalling the program, re-installing it using install wizard.

- Q: Hello, as you all say, your phone has about 300-350 life cycles (li-lon batteries) and each time you plug it in, it takes away one life cycle and when you are out of life cycles, your battery starts to die, well I wanted to ask, when I sync music onto my phone plugging the USB data cable from my phone to computer, it automaticlly charges too, so does that mean every time I sync something on my phone to comp, I just used a life cycle?
- If the port is broken, it won't charge regardless of the cable. Generally speaking, USB cables are able to transmit power, so with a normally working phone, it will charge while connected.
