- Q: I have a LG prime cell phone. The touch screen stopped working and I had some pictures saved on the broken phones memory and of course now that the touch screen is not functioning I can not get to these pics. - You have to have a data cable. You can put themes on your memory card but for them to work you have to edit or put new files in your phone. That is where the data cable comes in. I tried but failed so went to OKorder and bought a cable for $4. It was easy after that.
