Q: Can laundry detergent be used to clean the carpet
It seems that there is special cleanser to clean carpet.
Q: what is the measurelt;RUG
Rugs are measured by length and width, and by the height and density of he fibers in their nap.
Q: I spilled nail polish on my carpet awhile ago and now it's dry. I tried Spot Shot and other removers, but it won't come out. ): a Pro is not an answer neither is new carpet. I told my mom today and she freaked and now she is trying to help me get it out.SO. WHAT TAKES DRIED ORANGE NAIL POLISH FROM CARPET??HELPPPPPPPPP.
Nail okorder ). They care for our carpets meticulously and offer the same superior cleaning and restoration resources.
Q: Why carpet can cause indoor environment formaldehyde pollution?
Carpet causes skin allergy. The fine wool carpet is a kind of sensitization source. In the process of use, the fine wool has reached a certain degree of destruction due to constant friction. The fine lint released can cause skin allergy and even cause asthma.
Q: Is the office good with carpet or floor tile?
Hello, suggest carpetAdvantage1. sound absorption and noise reduction2. heat insulation3., safety, anti-skid4. shock absorption and comfort5. dust prevention and environmental protection
Q: My dog got ahold of a ball point pen and chewed it up on my tan carpet. My husband decided to leave it alone for three days till i got home. How do I remove a three day old Blue ink stain from light tan carpet? Peroxide did nothing, hairspray lightened it. Carpet spot remover did nothing. I have people coming for the holidays please help.....Thanks Shaye
I think that if you use dish detergent in warm water and try to get it on the spots and blot it, repeatedly, you'll get it out. Any degreaser should help. Ball point pen ink is oil based. You could try straight detergent, then rinse/blot with warm clean water.
Q: I have a Palomino/Arab 2 Thoroughbred X Race Horses, We are in the process of having Stables built on the field which should be ready within 2 weeks. I feed the 3 of them twice a day, once in the mornings and remove the rugs, one in the afternoon/evening and replace the rugs. They have waterproof lightly insulated Castle rugs that seem to be keeping them warm but I can't help but worry about them. When they are in the Stables should I just use quilted Stable Rugs when it gets really Cold? What rugs/food do you suggest for different seasons for these type of horses. The Palomino is 1yr4months and around 14.3 with a good weight, the thoroughbreds are 6yrs old 15.2, 7 yrs old 16.1 with poor weight due to coming from the races I want to do my best to fatten them up and provide them with a calm lifestyle. Thanks Alot.
I never reccomend rugging at all. Why? Because at the base of each hair, there is a muscle that can move each hair. This makes them able to insulate themselves, or cool themselves off. When the horse is wearing a rug, the muscles can't work, because the rug is keeping the hair down. Like any muscle, it atrophies and soon, the horse can't move the muscles at the base of the hair, and it has no way of controlling body temperature without a rug or fan in the summer. In your case, the 2 racehorses should probably be lightly rugged at night and when its really cold (like in the negatives, if it gets that cold where you live). And I also don't reccomend clipping your horses (idk if you do or not). Your palomino should be fine without a rug though. If you feel you must, just do it for short periods. As for food, make sure you provide as much hay as the horses will eat, 24/7. For the tb's, adding 1/4 cup of corn oil to the grain every day could do some good. And make sure you are giving them grain.
Q: does anyone know where i could find a fee schedule for RUG rates in California? I've been all over the internet and I can only find the rates for other states. I need to find out what the rates are for my job and I have tried calling Medicare Part A w/o any help. They don't know what I'm talking about, oddly enough! Please help!!!
What okorder / ... (However, you really shouldn't have to pay to get your own RUG rates - the data should be available to you somewhere at no charge. Try the SNF PPS pricer first!)
Q: i live with my g-parents and the rugs are disgusting, and they refuse to change them. is there a way to throughly clean them and attempt to restore them without replacing them? thanks!
Go rent a carpet cleaner and buy the largest bottle of carpet soap the store sells. Move all the furniture and clean the carpets according to the directions - it takes a long time but you save alot of money. Use hot water. Once you finish cleaning all the carpets once, go back and reshampoo until you have used up all the soap or else it is time to take the carpet machine back. Those machines work good but they require alot of soap and you have to change the water alot - it is hard, hard work.
Q: My carpet has a mystery stain. It's very sticky and black and ground in. I have tried goo gown and soap and water. I need some sort of heavy duty carpet cleaning suggestions.
Hello, Adding soap to the sticky and black ground in mystery stain is just making it worse. You are adding a surfactant (Soap) that gets sticky when it dries. You need to find out if the stain is a oil ( like food dropped ) or sugars like soda pop. First thing you want to do is get rid of the soap residue. If you have a wet dry vac. Get club soda and pour it onto the stick black ground in mystery stain. Use a soft shoe brush and start brushing the stain. If it is turning foamy you have to get DEFOAMER. Spray it on the carpet till you do not get any foam on your brush. (It cuts soap bonds so you can get the soap residue off the carpet). Keep adding club soda. Extract the club soda from the carpet. The black and sticky should start to go away. You should be left with just the original stain, or it should be gone. If you have no foamy residue and it still is sticky you need a solvent because it is an oil based spot. I don't know where you live but if you look in your local yellow pages for Carpet Cleaning Supply stores you can get Defoamer and Solvents to clean the carpets. BE CAREFUL WITH THE SOLVENTS USE AS LITTLE OF THE SOLVENT AS POSSIBLE. IT CAN DELAMINATE THE CARPET IF YOU USE TOO MUCH. (seprate the carpet backing from the fiber) Solvents will desolve glue.
