- Stepping on carpet isn't going to make it mold, Mold can start to grow within 4 hours of carpet getting wet, You need to get some air circulating on that carpet . it should only take a couple of hours to dry, Put some fans blowing on it or any way you can get air movement, Open the windows or do all of these thing It sounds like you saturated the carpet , this is a common mistake people make cleaning there own carpets, good luck

- Depends what type of carpet it is. Carpets that have fibers with a memory retention can be brought back with sweeping , or a wet heat. Some older carpets or ones with out memory retention can some times ( some times) be fluffed back up using other tricks. One trick to help avoid the marks , no matter what type of carpet is to move these pcs of furniture once a week , just a few inches and vacuum over the spot to pull them back up.. GL

- try some diaper soaker .first try iit onsome part oof the rug that can't be seen in case it takes the colour of the rug out .then use it carefully ,not too much soaker.about half a cup in a litre of water get as much of the poop off as you can before you start then gently drawing the stain to the center from each side dab on the diaper soaker. you will need to put the soaker in some warm water. when you think you have got it cleaned up get a micro cotton towel and put it over the stain and stand on it .this will soak up most of the water .you may have to repeat this to get it all out .

- a) yes you can put a cooler rug under another rug, although (for example in the winter) its better to put a summer sheet undernteath the thicker, heavier rug. b)no, you need turnout rug for the field. If you let the horse out in the field with a cooler, the rug will get completely ruined and destroyed, and both horse and rug would be absolutely filthy afterwards c)not exactly.. coolers cool your horse after work and help his sweat dry faster. they dont prevent him from sweating (especially if its hot, theyre more likely to make him sweat) d)yep, they can. I pefer to use fleece cooler rug, since i find them more comfortable for the horse e) yep. Though only if it's not too cold, since a cooler isnt very thick. It can be used as a stable rug during the day, when its not as cold as during the night :]

- ya, it holds dirt and mites. Go for a laminate floor like Pergo and some washable area rugs! Laminate cleans with a mop, doesnt hold stains or odors, doesnt scratch and looks like rel wood. I love mine.
- Q: I want to make a bathroom rug/mat for around the toilet with a piece of carpet. how can I cut the carpet in that shape
- Start with any thing from cardboard ,construction paper to just plain newspaper and cut your shape you want and for a nice shape and cut to fit around the stool. Mark the top and bottom with a marker. Turn your carpet pc over and set you template cut out over this remembering to turn that over too. Cut carpet from the back side, cutting just through the carpet backing. Best to use a regular carpet knife but the next best is a utility knife or sometimes called a Stanley knife. These work better than a box cutter but a box cutter will work. Careful not to cut to deep and cut the flooring or surface below.. Old pc of plywood works well since then you can cut through harder. Trim fibers with scissors but don t use scissors to try and cut the backing. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar. GL
