1. Product Description:

Wire rope refers to multiple or strands of thin steel wire twisted flexible cord, wire rope is by a plurality of layers of steel wire twisted into shares, then with a rope core as the center, by a certain number of shares twist is wound into a spiral rope. In the material handling machinery, for lifting, traction, tension and load. The wire rope is of high strength, light weight, stable operation, not easy to break the whole root, the work is reliable.

2. Product Characteristic:

Characteristic:characterized with fatigue tolerance,anti-corrosion,small elongation, long life, safe and reliable operation,non-loose. For example steel wire rope for liftig and hositing in vertical well, fatiguetolerance ,and anti-corrosion are mainly  required.

Steel wire rope for critical applications suitable for minehoisting, hoister for blast furnace, large casting, petroleum drilling, large hoisting and lifting, ship and offshore facilities.

Wire Rope with Critical Applications

Q: i recently replaced my spark plug wires on my 97' lincoln continental. i was wondering if i should get plug wire shielding for them also......thanx
If it needed wire shielding it would have come with it from the factory. If you get OEM style plug wires then it will come with shielding as well, hence OEM, if not then it didn't come with them and doesn't need them.
Q: The application is a bathroom light and exhaust fan combination. The fixtures wires are thiner than the supply wires. Should I wrap the thinner wire around the thicker wire or should I wrap them equally around each other? Then can I put a drop of solder on before I put the wire nut. Or is solder not a good idea?
First try twisting them together. Then put on the wire nut. Don't bother with solder since the wire nut makes a gas-tight permanent connection (but still could be removed if you want to make changes in the future).
Q: In that chart it has 2 sections, one is maximum amps for chassis wiring and the other is maximum amps for power transmission. What is considered chassis wiring and what is considered power transmission?
Chassis Wiring
Q: its an older boat without fuse box, if you go to the manual on the website it gives you the wire layout. I know the radio works but a friend of mine disconnected the wires to try to put a switch in and never reconnected them. I don't know what to do with the ground wire or the red wire. Any suggestions?
the ground wire black is connected to -ve of battery the red wire is connected to ignition wire so when you turn on the keys the radio starts the yellow wire is connected to +ve of battery, but radio will not switch on till red is connected. good luck
Q: My light switch has three sets of three wires (like conduit).. there are three black wires, three white wires, and three bare wires.. and I don't know how to hook up another light switch because it's near impossible to get three wires around a screw terminal. My boyfriend (works in maintenance) hooked a light switch up (one that you put the wires in a hole and then screw) except for the bare wire where two wires are under the screw terminal and the third is wrapped around the other two bare wires. The lights will stay on but when you turn the switch off, it kicks the breaker.. can anyone tell me why it's doing that? Thank you.
What it sounds like is happening there is that the switch box is the main feed for the room. You have a set from the panel, a set for the light fixture, and a set that are downstream, such as for an outlet. You need to determine which set is which. Then cut a piece of black wire and a bare copper about 8 long. This is how the connections are made: TURN THE POWER OFF. Then connect all of the whites together with a wire nut. Connect the new bare copper to the other grounds with another wire nut. Then connect the black from the panel, the downstream black, and the short black together with another wire nut. The black to the light fixture and the black pigtail (short wire) connect to the 2 brass terminals on the switch. The bare copper pigtail goes on the green screw on the switch. Reinstall the switch in the box, turn the power on, and check your work. If the light stays on at all times, but the outlets only work when the switch is on, those 2 wires are reversed. Turn the power off, switch the wires, and you should be good to go. Hope this helps.
Q: i am hooking up a wiring harness on a 2000 ford ranger and cant figure out the wires to hook up and what they are
What kind of connector? How many wires? There are several different types of trailer plus out there. The most common is the four wire flat connector. The wiring for those is: yellow = left turn/brake green = right turn/brake brown = taillights white = ground Easy way to remember that is that green and right both have an R in it, as in Right turn. Yellow and left both have an L in it as in Left turn. There are also 6 wire round connectors and 7 wire round connectors. Totally different wiring for those.
Q: I am trying to take 4 lights in the basement that currently all have to be turned on independently and wire them all in series to a single switch. I just took the wires and put them to the switch and then to the first light. it came on but when i held the silver metal shielding piece that houses the wires, I got a tingle. I think that would mean I need to connect the third wire. The grounding one. The light did come on which I think means I had the pos and neg connected right. Where do I connect the ground wire and what caused the tingle? by ground wire I mean the third wire that is nothing but copper. I think I just put it to the case or the light or whatever looks like a good spot to get grounded. any extra knowledge or advice is a big help! In the mean time I will be searching the web for how to's.
You have your hot wire insulation striped and touching the Greenfield (the metal covering). You need to find the striped area and tape it. Or Buy some Romex wiring 14/2 with ground and replace all the Greenfield in this circuit. You can run the wires from light to light to light. Attach the black wire to the black wire (hot), white to white (neutral or common), bare copper wire (ground) to bare copper wire. Attach black wire to switch, White wire to white in switch box, bare copper to green wire (ground).
Q: i need an egr wiring Diagram for a 2000 Chevy Malibu. the wires got pulled out of the weather tight connector. if anyone can help i'd appreciate
Connector view for the GM linear EGR valve are as follows: Pin# A=gray/w black wire,Pin# B=solid black wire,Pin# C=brown/w white wire,Pin# D=brown/w white wire(see note) and Pin# E=solid red wire! NOTE since pin C+D have the same color wire the correct wire must be identified by checking the voltage with the KOEO (key on engine off) the right brown/w white wire should have a 5volt reference voltage with the key on engine off! Hope this helps.
Q: Hey can some1 help me, on my lamp i have a White, a Yellow wire with tints of green in it and a black wire. on my cord that i am going to plug in is a Blue, brown and a yellow wire
Run a continunity check on the cord from the brown and blue wires to the blades on the plug. The brown should go to the wider blade, but could be other way around. Then the yellow wires go together. The one (brown or blue) from the wider blade goes to the black one from the lamp. The other one goes to the white wire.
Q: Ok so I bought a blower and barrow at the junk store... Figured I could use a v-belt to drive it with this old motor I have... Homemade dust collector!!! Anyhow I have no Idea how to wire it up... I know it probably needs a capacitor but thats about it... It's an Emerson... Has orange, blue, brown, white, and black. Any Ideas would be great! On the sticker it list three different speeds (rpms) So i'm guessing I don't need all the wires and some are just quot;taps.quot;
i think of you have enormously plenty responded your individual questions. The drain is clogged as they generally get with out each year maintenance or a minimum of two times a summer season pouring bleach in the path of the line. And besides, it has probable broken the blower motor. One issues for specific although, by no ability attempt and repair the unit or look at it with out first turning the capacity off to the kit which it variety of feels which you ignored to do. I additionally undertaking to assert that somebody has at one time replaced that blower motor because of the fact your description of the wires might point out that it wasnt production facility set up anymore.however the provider tech which you will might desire to call and time table an appointment with would be waiting to repair and replace mandatory aspects. go away something as much as the pros
