Usage and Applications of Hot Rolled Wire Rod:

After hot-rolled the products shaped into coil and delivery as finished product, including round, square, rectangular, hexagonal and so on. Since most of the products are round, it is generally called wire rod. Carbon steel wire rod is widely used in construction and manufacturing. Carbon steel wire rod is mainly used for reinforcement of reinforced concrete and welded structure or reprocessed (roberts , nail, etc.) materials, especially used to produce wire drawing, welding electrode, nails, spring, electronic, precise machinery parts and so on.

Q:I have an old sewing machine without a plug that needs wiring up but it doesn't have the modern wire colours. There's one red wire and one yellow. Q:I recently purchased a 1-wire alternator and I'm not sure what to do with the wire harness that was on my stock alternator. Also not sure what the three wires on it go to. Can anyone experienced in alternator wiring tell me what these wires do and if it is ok to leave them unhooked?: the three wires are prolly alternator turn on one wire for the guage and one random maybe ground or something what you need to do is look at the instructions that came with the 1 wire alternator to see if it needs a turn on lead if so you can check the three wires you have with a meter to see which wires put out twelve volts when the ignition is on this is a turn on/ignition lead then youll wanna find the lead that goes to the guage on the dash and make sure it gets twelve volts so the guage reads the other can be capped off

Q:Has anyone ever used welding wire in their car audio setup?Is it more flexible or less than other car power wire? Is this a big problem?Is it a good or bad jacket?Would you use it again?I am looking at buying some welding wire from weldingsupply because it is .81 per foot. The wire i am looking at is 4 gague.: First off- it is cheaper than audio power wire, you can buy it as thick as 3 ought, I've seen it used. But flexibility is a big deal when hiding power wire, at least I think so, and welding wire is not the most flexible but it is better than solid wire, and power currant runs faster through audio power wire because of the small cooper strands that make up the wire. Than in welding wire because it has thicker and not as many strands that make up the wire, currant will run slower. Will any wire work? yes........ go to a smaller local audio dealer and ask the owner for info
